Cottage located on Main Street! We are located right next to the Blue River Bistro, 1min walk or less to Gondola and mins to everything downtown Breck has to offer. One of the few VRBOs with AC for summer rentals!!! There is two parking spots in back of cottage away from Main Street. There are 2 large rooms. Stayed Mar 28, 2024Location on Main is cool but there is no way this should be allowed to be listed as a two bedroom. It's two beds in one room. The vanity is in the same room as the beds. The kitchen has a half fridge, bar sink, hot plate microwave and toaster oven. No stove or oven. It did not meet our needs. The porch was fun to sit out and have a drink and it was well decorated. Had it been a true two bedroom with full kitchen amenities, the review would've been different, but it is very small.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024We had an amazing stay at the property and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Breckenridge. The host communication was fabulous and the location is unbeatable right at the bottom of the gondola up to Peaks 7/8. My family walked over to the gondola in our snowboard attire and were up at snowboard school to drop the kids off early and easy each morning. The carriage house is cozy and had everything we needed. Thank you!
