This gorgeous home has multiple floors of accommodations, and is the perfect place to get away and be in nature. This cabin boasts a three story floor plan, with a full bathroom on each floor (as well as a half bathroom on the main floor), a queen sized bed in every room, and two large decks with plenty of space overlooking the lake. The main floor has a primary bedroom with full bathroom, the top floor loft has a connected bathroom with a separated bathtub/shower combo and an additional standing shower (as seen in pictures), and the bottom floor has an oversized bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom in hall. A gas fireplace is on the main floor, with an amazing view on all sides and an entertainment space with large tv located on the bottom floor. There is also a private Hot Tub on the back deck of the apartment. There are cameras around the main house and driveway and also in the horse stalls. These cameras are here for your safety and the safety of the animals. brbrWe are 1 hour away from Purgatory Resort and 1 Hour and 15 Min from Wolf Creek Ski Resort. Also, snowshoeing on the ranch is heavenly. Bayfield has very good restaurants and, of course, Durango has a large variety of excellent dining experiences. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect!brThe house has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and plenty of open space to hang out with the family. Up to 9 people will be comfortable in our 2000 sqft house. There is 1 acre of property to play on and explore. We offer internet and streaming services though internet can be temperamental. Cell service in our area can be spotty. WiFi calling works for most phones through the internet. Open concept floor plan, with full kitchen including common spices and condiments. The back porch offers a great place to sit relax and watch the wildlife as they pass through.brbrNotes:br4 wheel drive/AWD is highly recommended during the late fall, winter and early spring. We receive significant amounts of snowfall during these times. We have a short steep gravel driveway.brOur house does not have air conditioning. This is a lovely home with a very wide open floor plan. It has 4,040 square feet and has five bedrooms. The house sleeps upwards of 12 people.
