The two first floor bedrooms offers two bedrooms, both with a queen beds. The wood burning stove (we provide wood) offers a toasty fire in addition to the heating system. One full bath upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen provides all of your cooking needs for great meals. brThe amenities within Tahoe Donner provide access to SnowPlay, a snow play area for children https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/amenities/snowplay/. Tahoe Donner Downhill ski area, and world class Alder Creek Cross Country Ski Area, both only 3 miles up the hill. heated pools, jacuzzis, steam rooms, exercise classes and a gym for a members guest fee. brWe provide dishes, mugs, wine glasses, as well as a coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, waffle maker, etc. Logs are provided for a crackling fire in the wood burning stove. The kitchen includes a quiet dishwasher, microwave, gas range and large refrigerator. brAs part of your rental, you receive two member guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. A back door from the dining space leads to a large, sunny deck, equipped with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. Down the hall on the main floor, a shared bath with a bathtub and shower combo and a bedroom are offered. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, desk and full size closet.brbrUpstairs, you'll find the main bedroom floor and an additional bathroom. On opposite sides of the floor, you'll find one king and one queen bedroom, both offering lots of windows and vaulted ceilings, for plenty of natural light. You enter the home into the living room, dining area, and kitchen. From the living room is access to the deck overlooking the lake. On the main level is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, and bath. Upstairs is a kids’ bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin beds. There is also a full bath, and the loft with another queen size bed overlooking the living area. You have parking for at least 3 cars down at the cabin, and one spot in the garage as well as in front of the garage (the other side of the garage is for the apartment when occupied by owner). The unit is a summer vacation rental and a winter ski lease.
