This home has everything you need for a fabulous time with family and friends in Temecula!brbrI live in Temecula and am available by phone and text during your stay!brbrThe home is located in the heart of Temecula wine country in an exclusive gated community surrounded by acres of orange groves. You feel very remote yet you have easy access to major stores, restaurants and shopping! Award winning wineries are minutes away!brbrThere is plenty of parking on the property. Ride share companies do service this area as well!brThese Rules are setup for your safety and protection. If you or any of your guests do not agree with them, please do not book our home. If you do book our home, please have all your guests read over the rules and agree to them before arriving. brbrEVENTS:br-Any type of event needs to be pre-approved before you book. br brAFTER DARK AND FROM 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM:br-Neighbors are winding down, quieting down or sleeping. You are on vacation but our neighbors aren't. br-FYI... Riverside county has a strict Noise Ordinance Law, which means, continue to have fun and enjoy without disturbing our neighbors. Our house is high up on a hill, so noise travels outwards. br- We do not allow DJ's, MC's or anyone that uses a soundboard or microphone inside or outside of our home. Please inform your guests. br-Throughout the duration of your stay, please keep music, chatter and excitement noise at levels that stay on the premises, not traveling to our neighbors nor down the street. Absolutely, NO screaming and yelling as we strongly suggest you and your guests relax, chill and enjoy. If you desire to party, please do so on a low decibel inside our home with closed windows and closed doors. Thank you for being considerate to our residential neighbors.brbrbrCAMERAS:br- There are cameras at all outside entry points, and one interior camera in the great room.brbrGAME ROOM:br-When using the pool table, use a pool stick. Do not throw or spin the balls on the felt. It burns a hole or makes white marks from the heat of the balls. Please do not sit on the pool table. br-Please do not put food or drinks on the pool table.br-Please do not move the pool table. If you move the pool table, we will charge you for the cost of re-leveling. brbrFAMILY ROOMS:br-The sofas are not to be slept on EVER. We have no way to protect them from sweat and other things. Bring air mattresses if needed. We do offer 4 roll away twin size beds that can be placed anywhere.brbrKITCHEN:br-Please bring bags of ice. We do not have an ice maker. We do have a patio freezer to store ice in.br-Please do not use counter tops as cutting board.br-There is as no garbage disposal. Please dispose of all non-liquid items in the trash cans. brbrSWIMMING POOL:br-We do NOT heat the swimming pool. There will be an additional daily cost for pool heating - the cost varies based on the season of the year. Please contact owner for further information and pricing.br-Glass is never allowed around the swimming pool and jacuzzi area ever. For your safety, please use plastic only. br-Never leave your children unattended in the jacuzzi or swimming pool. There are NO lifeguards on duty. An adult must be present.br-No running around, horse-playing or diving into the pool. br- Please don’t damage indoor furniture or outdoor seat cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils. brbrSMOKING:br-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our home. This includes any type of weed, cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. If you are caught smoking in our home, we will fine you. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of your full security deposit. br-We do allow smoking outside of the house. brDo not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. If we find cigarette butts on the ground, we will charge you your full security deposit. brbrPETS:br-Pets are NOT allowed. Please do not ask. The guests that you invite over are also not allowed to bring pets of any kind with them. If caught on our security cameras, they will be asked to leave. brbrSAFETY: br-Please keep all doors and garage doors closed at all times so mice won’t come inside. We do live in the rural hills!br-Lock all doors and windows at night for your safety.br-Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.br-Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses. br-Guests who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without a refund and will be fined their security deposit. brbrGENERAL:br-Please do not move any of our furniture ever. br-If you break something, please notify us so we can replace it for the next family. brbrbrThank you for reading!

Are you traveling in the area for an extended stay Or maybe in between homes and need to stay in the area Casa Celeste is a wonderful choice that has all the comforts of home and more! The home has just been tastefully decorated with comfort & style in mind! The best part of Casa Celeste is the breathtaking vineyard views seen from all around the home! Casa Celeste does require a minimum of a 30 night stay. The home includes all furnishings, utilities, wifi, hot tub with weekly services and landscaping. The home is 2000sqft with 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has an additional loft with a futon bed that could be used for a 4th bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. It is set up to sleep 6 very comfortable but can accommodate up to 9 adults. It is a true farmhouse right in the middle of Wine Country! Enter in and you greeted with original oak flooring that leads you back to the Great Room & Formal Dining. The best part of these rooms is the large French doors that lead out to an expansive wrap around deck. From the deck you feel a sense of peace as you gaze over popular Temecula Valley Winery Vineyards such as Bel Vino Winery, Miramonte Winery, and Callaway Vineyard & Winery. The kitchen is also right off the Entry with black granite tile counter tops and stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, plates and silverware ready to whip up your favorite meals or snacks! The kitchen does include double ovens, electric cook top, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a sink with a window full of vineyard views. Full Laundry Room located on the 1st floor with washer, dryer, built in ironing board along with tons of cabinets! The 1st floor also has a modern farmhouse powder room. Don't forget to go in the garage and play a game of pool on the pool table! Travel up the wrought iron stair case to the 2nd floor. The 1st secondary bedroom with a queen bed also has been extended to have an extra family room area that has a fold/out sofa bed comfortable for 1 adult and can acts as a 4th bedroom as it has a door to close for privacy. The 2nd secondary bedroom is right next store and also has a queen bed. These 3 bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower that does have double shower heads! The Primary Suite is also located on the 2nd story and has an ensuite bathroom with separate tub & shower. The Primary Suite also offers a private balcony that over looks the valley of vineyards. The property is located on slightly over 2 acres and is fully fenced.
