This unit in this listing is the guest corner of that house occupying the entire second floor. It consists of two hotel-style bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a private covered balcony, a kitchenette to cook simple meals, a washer/dryer combo, and two refrigerators, with total of 896 sf living areas. The larger bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a small sofa bed, 4 ft by 6 ft, for the fifth person. If you book for 5 persons, we will make it into a bed. It's better suited for two families, a group of friends, family with grown children. Not very convenient for a family with little children as you may feel your little ones are too far away. If you enjoy being outside, this is the place! This home has several patios with two outdoor fireplaces, to be used during winter months only, both have outstanding views. The backyard is very private and has a gorgeous pool and spa. The retreat can accommodate up to eight adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a jacuzzi tub. The second suite has a King mattress and a bathroom En-suite with a beautiful tile shower. The other two bedrooms have plenty of space for sleeping, one with a queen mattress and the other with a king. There are two TV's one 70'' flat screen in living room and a 50'' in master bedroom. The front door has 24hr access with an electronic keypad. Before you arrive for your stay, you will receive your own entry code that allows you to access the home from 3 PM on the day of your booking, until 11 AM on the day you check out. This home is located in wine country and is a short distance from several popular attractions like old town Temecula, Pechanga casino, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, Vail Lake Mountain biking, and several award-winning golf courses. We do monitor the property through use of OUTDOOR ONLY cameras in the front and side yards. The garage and master bedroom closet will not be available for use. All amenities and appliances such as the pool, spa, BBQ, internet, and kitchen are all complementary, however, if one or more are not functioning we will not refund any portion of your money back. We ask that guests are respectful of quiet hours which are from 10 pm until 7am. We do use Noiseaware to monitor the level of noise please keep it respectful as we do have neighbors. There is ample parking for guests on the property. If paying by credit card, the card must be in the renter's name/the guest signing the contract (no exceptions). The Master Bedroom is complete with also a TV & CalKing Bed, this bedroom has a private bath with claw tub and extra large separate shower with subtle. Master Bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens direct to patio. brThe Bedroom #2 located next to Master also has a CalKing Bed and sliding glass doors direct to the pool. Bedroom #4 is at the end of the hall and is our smallest bedroom with a Queen Size bed and no sliding glass door. Pool great to swim laps, play or relax! Please note that our pool does not have heating available, there is a solar heater but it we can not guarantee water temp with that. Chateau Blanc Estate is the main house, and features five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and over 3200 square feet of spacious living that can sleep multiple guests. . Chateau Blanc Estate has a grand entrance with a great room that opens to the kitchen and dining room, making for ease of entertaining. Right off the great room is a gorgeous backyard retreat with a private pool, koi pond and outdoor barbeque island with refrigerator. Chateau Blanc Estate offers a view of its very own Cabernet Franc vineyard producing local grapes right in the heart of California wine country!brThe first floor of Chateau Blanc Estate also offers an oversized master suite complete with a California king bed, sitting area, and chandelier-lit spa tub in the master bath. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom with a private bath, as well as an extra bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king. The first floor rooms can accommodate up to six guests. brOn the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, both with California king beds. These luxurious bedrooms share a hall bath. In one of the rooms, there is an additional twin day bed with a pull-out trundle. The second floor can accommodate up to six guests as well, making the total guest accommodations up to twelve at Chateau Blanc Estate. This elegant home is perfect for a family reunion, a corporate retreat, or a group-getaway weekend to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Temecula Valley. brLa Petite Maison Blanc is part of the Cottages of Chateau Blanc, and is a 1200 square foot guest house separate from the Chateau Blanc Estate main house with a Hot Springs spa, outdoor barbeque island with refrigerator, parking and separate entrance. The guest home offers a single story residence with no steps at the entrance, and an open floor plan complete with a fully equipped kitchen, family room, private master suite and custom bathroom. Upon entering the gates into the courtyard you’ll immediately feel relaxed as you catch a glimpse of Chateau Blanc’s very own vineyard and park-like setting. The family room has a leather love seat with reclining chairs and HDTV. The kitchen is designed with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, and full-size appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all your kitchen cooking tools. The master suite has California king bed and the luxurious bath has an oversized Travertine shower, vanity, and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. La Petite Maison Blanc is ideal for a party of two but can sleep up to four people with the two high-end roll away beds that you can position to your liking.
