Owner does not come to stay at the unit that often but could happen time to time during a stay. brbrPool & Hot Tub Heating are additional costs to the stay. If you choose to never heat the pool or hot tub then no access will be provided. You are able to use the pool & hot tub if you do not want to heat it. There is no charge to use it, only if you want either heated. If you want to use the hot tub while staying or have pool heated please inquire to discuss the different options of charges. Guest is only charged for the additional Propane Gas Utility used to heat the pool or hot tub during the stay. brbrUtilities and all services are included with stay. Utilities include things such as Wifi, Electric, gas for the home usage, and water. There are at least 7 wineries within a 2-mile distance. brbrThe first floor offers a gourmet kitchen with breakfast area, a living room with TV, a wood burning fireplace, bar area, dining room for 8 people, and an entertainment room with a pool table. A bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom is also located on the first floor. In addition, the first floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer. brbrThe second floor includes the master suit with a private balcony and a fully renovated master bathroom. Also located on the second floor are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. brbrThe backyard has a pool and spa along with panoramic views of picturesque wine country.brbrTo maintain great water clarity, the pool and spa is serviced by a technician on a weekly basis (usually Tuesday). During the summer months (generally June to September) the technician services the pool and spa twice a week (usually on Tuesdays and Fridays). brbrThe house has undergone a major renovation in the past few years.
