The dining table seats 6 with two more bar stools at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining room is the deck with a covered area and gas Weber grill, so you can BBQ year round. The well equipped kitchen has a gas stove, black granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar that's perfect for prep and serving. Also on this main living level are two bedrooms: one has a queen bed, the second has a twin bunk set and a queen futon bed. There is a bathroom with granite counter, beautiful custom tile work, and a tub shower combo. There's also a stacking washer and dryer in this bath. Upstairs is the loft that overlooks the great room and has a twin bed for extra sleeping.
