Stayed Apr 10, 2026Just had the best getaway in Tahoe at this beautiful Sugarlodge. It’s absolutely perfect for kids and dogs, or for a reunion with your best friends. It easily sleeps everyone in beautiful rooms with beyond comfortable beds. My best friend and I had the most wonderful time dancing, laughing, and enjoying the backyard and patio. It has a fully stocked kitchen of supplies—and also the lodge is close to yummy restaurants, delis, and the grocery store.Also, I didn’t realize how close it is to the famous Emerald Bay. And it’s even more breathtaking in person. We did hiking, rented e-bikes, walked along the lake, and enjoyed a night at a spa. Truly a perfect getaway in the most perfect home away from home. The hosts were amazing as they were responsive and attentive.Loved my stay here at the Sugarlodge, and I’ve already rebooked my next stay in the summer because I can’t wait to come back. The lodge is decorated with beautiful, curated art, with comfy furniture and seating for everyone. We plan to come back here often to enjoy more adventures and create more lifelong memories with my family and dear friends.
