Dollar Point Lookout - Lake Views

The location was great, close to Tahoe City. It would have been even better if we had access to the homeowners’ amenities. The house itself is a bit outdated, though the kitchen does have some newer appliances. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The deck offers a nice view and was a relaxing spot to spend time.

My family and our friend with our dogs enjoyed the lake views and easy access to Palisades. It's also just a short drive to restaurants and groceries, which was very convenient after a long day on the mountain. We hope to stay again!

House has all you need. Great house and great location. Close drive to Palisades, beautiful lake view. Great quiet neighborhood, safe for the kids to take neighborhood walk.

Beautiful home with fabulous large picture windows and views of the lake! We really enjoyed the gas fireplace too, Clean and very well equipped. A bit dated but appears to be in the process of having bathrooms updated. Both interior and exterior stairs are a bit steep. Management company was responsive and check-in process was easy. Great quiet, convenient location. We would definitely rent it again.

Great location with partial lake views. Easy parking for 3 cars. Very nice great room, we especially loved the gas fireplace. Large TV that worked well. No issues with the wifi. Be careful on the brown chairs in the great room, they tip over backwards very easily! The house is on the older side, so if you are looking for a place with flawless finishes this is not for you. It is, however, well-equipped, comfortable, and suited our needs very well. Overall a nice place to stay.

This was the perfect location to enjoy all that North Tahoe has to offer in the winter time. The rustic feel and incredible surroundings made our trip memorable. Highly recommend!

This is a great property, I definitely recommend it. The management team is excellent ...very fast to respond to any questions. Check-in & Check-out process is a breeze. The home is very warm and inviting. Appears to be built in the late 70's or early 80's, and has had some updates. Bathroom fixtures are vintage, so don't expect elongated toilets, etc. The kitchen, beds, and great room are first rate. It was a wonderful place to sit by a warm fire and watch the snow storms that came thru during our stay. I recommend this home as a great spot for your stay!

Great rustic cabin with modern decor

Perfect location, close to stores, and other attractions. Beautiful property, and had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony, which we enjoyed in the morning and evenings. Private decks off bedrooms. Large open concept living area. We loved it, and felt so comfortable and at home. Communication with hosts, was perfect. Highly recommended!.

Loved the view, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked with all you need for pots and plans, utensils, etc. Dining room table, perfect for family dinners. Love that there is back lanai's on both levels. Front deck is great for BBQ, star gazing and watching the bats at sunset!

We stayed here for my birthday. check in process was good. once we got into the unit i noticed there is A/C when i asked why it wasn't working i was told the unit didn't have it but it is listed on the description. appliances are outdated, friedge had damage on thr inside. I also noticed when i took a shower that on areas were wall paper was peeled there was some sort of black mold or something which i find unacceptable. Wish i could show pictures on here! I feel like the only positive about this rental is the location, views and the open floor plan. besides that i font believe is worth thr price. it was also hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone, they only text! THIS PLACE NEEDS A SERIOUS UPGRADE or at least get rid of thr mold in thr master shower.

Great location close to Tahoe City. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for the five of us.

When we arrived, the property was neat and tidy. The Agate property management company was very responsive and helpful.

The location was ideal and relaxing just east of Tahoe City (a short bike ride along the path). The home has original character and had all we needed. The front deck was a great place to enjoy our evening. Communication with our host was excellent. Would love to stay here again!

My family stayed here with one other family. We had plenty of room for both families. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood…it didn’t feel touristy at all. The deck had a great view of Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and looking at the beautiful and views of Lake Tahoe. The kitchen was well stocked and included spices and left over dry food items from previous guests. There were lots of games to enjoy. The house doesn’t include beach toys. That would be a great addition. We loved our stay. It was very relaxing and beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at Dollar point very much. It exceeded our expectations. Check in process was very easy, communication with property manager was clear and efficient, property was clean, had everything we need, and even our pets enjoyed it.

For what we needed it was a great home to stay in. We would stay again
