Zen Mountain Retreat in Tahoe City

This home is well equipped and very comfortable. Great accommodations for gathering friends and family. Everyone gets a nice room. While we don't have young kids, this home is well suited for them. The living space has ample, comfortable, seating and the kitchen is exceptionally well appointed for a rental property! Neighborhood is great; walkable with beautiful views, close to town, restraunts and grocery. Pool table and hot tub were nice amenities. Property management was responsive, which was a huge plus for us during our snow filled adventure! Highly recommend.

Perfect Tahoe getaway for a big group!

It’s a beautiful place, in a great community The cabin is equipped with everything you need and more. The only negative is no Air conditioning, which I knew about. But we hit it at a very hot time and there was no breeze at all. Not the owners fault, but it did make it pretty uncomfortable at night. The fans helped and they have a lot of fans, so that was nice. Otherwise the place is amazing! I’d rent it again and let others know about it. Thanks for letting us enjoy you beautiful cabin.

We went with our 4 young adult children and dogs and it was a great experience all around. We would definitely return!

Every room had its own bathroom with a shower, either attached or adjacent to it

Things were not cleaned, floors, beds looked like they had been slept in and made by the previous renter. The Bbq didn’t work, there was dog poop in the back yard which need some care as there are spider webs everywhere. And we could not figure out the fireplace even following instructions. The office was quick to help with some of these things. As far as the house. Great location, quiet and comfortable. Great to have the extras as we used the hot tub everyday and there were things to play with. Definitely would stay again. Tahoe rental just needs to do a sweep making sure everything is ready to go for guests.

The house was very spacious and very well equipped, particularly the fully equipped kitchen and grill and the great hot tub. The location is terrific with views of the Lake, lots of nice walks nearby, and easy access to all other North Tahoe locations. We definitely hope to return!
