Stayed Mar 29, 2024Great place. Got lots of compliments from friends for booking such a nice place. Things to keep in mind that we looked at while searching. One room has 6 twin beds (triple bunks) which can be tight, if adults are sleeping there. The top bunks get really hot and some of the thermostats are locked - may want to ask host to look at it. There is a murphy bed and good size couch in the basement as well. Upstairs had a large kitchen and pantry with a main suite. 2 bathrooms are attached to 2 king bedrooms. 1 bathroom is unattached for the 6 twin bedroom. 1 king bedroom does not have any bathroom attached. Hot tub is on the deck, about 6ft from the door. It is super hot and nice. Working gas fireplace. 2 car garage that can fit 2 Jeep Grand Wagoneers. Plus you have a driveway that can fit more cars. The house is up a hill so if walking back from town (about 15 mins), be prepared to take on that incline in any weather. There is a game room under the garage, that we did not see until the second day. We loved this place.

Stayed Jan 20, 2023We had a fantastic time at this house. Although it's managed by a property management company it doesn't feel like a hotel or a sterile space; it's somebody's well-taken-care-of home. The property managers were fantastic, too, with great communication and a very warm and welcoming spirit. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us; 5 adults and 5 kids, with all the kids staying in the bunk room (which, with 5 kids, got a little hot and stuffy for my taste but they didn't seem to mind). The 2 master bedrooms are very comfortable with fantastic and big attached bathrooms, and the 3rd bedroom is plenty big but with no attached bathroom. The beds were all very comfortable, with new sheets, plenty of towels in the house, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment we needed to make big breakfasts and dinners. The kids hung out in the downstairs tv area and outside, where they spent hours and hours building a sledding run and snow forts and having snowball fights. They never needed to leave the property even though it looks like there are some great woods across and a little down the street if somebody wants more space for snow adventures. The neighbors were very nice and didn't seem to mind our kids being out there so much (and the reality is we could barely hear them inside our house so I assume the same is true of the neighbors). The game room was not a hit for our kids, mainly because it required going outside to access. I suspect it would be more used in warmer weather, although I also heard from the kids that the stuff in there (foosball table etc) were kind of worn out and tired, so not very competitive with the vids our kids brought and the snow fort situation outside. The location of the house is fantastic, too. All in all a great house that we hope to rent again next winter!
