A beautiful 4 acre property located only an hour away from San Francisco and about an hour and 15 minutes away from the bay area. This home is newly remodeled in 2020. We also just landscaped the pool area in November 2025 (with a 3000 sq feet putting green). The kitchen and three bathrooms were completely remodeled in February 2020. This wonderful wine country home is only a short drive (2 miles) from downtown Sonoma (and Sonoma Square) located in the coveted east side of town. Its also a short drive or a bike ride away from many wineries. Napa downtown is about 10-15 minutes away and it is about a 5 minute drive from Domaine Carneros (sparkling wine vinery). Other wineries within a 2-5 minute drive include Scribe, Gunlach Bundschu, Nicholson Ranch, Jacuzzi, Cline, Larson and Gloria Ferrer. We started renting in June 2015, and have had the pleasure of having dozens of groups a year who have loved the estate.. A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a wine country meal for you and your family. This home is a perfect week long or weekend getaway. It is very comfortable for up to 6 adults and 4 kids OR 8 adults (we allow up to 10 adults).brbrThe pond is unfortunately non-functional at this time. We are looking to fix it in the coming months.brbrFeatures of the home - brbrIndoor living space: brbrWalking into the front door you'll immediately notice the openness of the floorbrplan, with a formal dining room and kitchen that opens up to the large living room that flows into the pool area. The home boasts gorgeous views from every room. From the main living spaces, enjoy views of the 2-acre pinot noir vineyards. From the guest bedrooms, kitchen and dining area, enjoy amazing views of the vineyards rolling over the hills across the street. The Master bathroom includes a walk-in shower and soak tub. Large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable service. There's also WiFi (Wireless Internet). A spacious living room with a fireplace. An open kitchen floor plan that opens into a very large family room hosting two seating spaces - one facing a fireplace and the other facing the TV. Choose your relaxation spot and enjoy with a glass of wine! brbrbrOutdoor living space: brbrThe outdoor pool is equipped with a 8-seater dining table and plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor seating. Cool off in the pool following by a relaxing dip in the 6 person jacuzzi. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is a 3000 sq feet putting green around the pool area as well as 1500 sq feet gazebo where the hot tub is. At night, enjoy the sounds of country living sitting outdoors by the outdoor gas fire pit! You might spot a few bats flying overhead and enjoy the clear night sky and stars! Our kids enjoy watching red tail hawks, vultures, black birds, jack rabbits and the occasional deer. The property is home to beautiful trees. When you relax by the pool you will notice how beautiful and calming these trees can be. You will notice a Red Tail Hawk nest high up in the trees amongst other nests. brbrOne of the best feature of the property is the Windmill and Pond located in the back of the property. This serene pond and windmill are a great feature for kids to explore. You can enjoy a picnic by the pond, while the kids spot frogs and fish. You may even spot deer or ducks or that occasionally stop by for a drink. You may try your hand at fishing but no swimming is allowed. brbrThere is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a BBQ in the pool area, perfect for a pool party.

The modern gourmet kitchen with spacious island, extensive dining room and living room area all mesh together - the perfect place to hang out. All the kitchen appliances are brand new and the island is large enough for a cooking demonstration for your group. Ample cabinet and pantry space leads to the separate laundry room, which has a full sized stand up washer and dryer for your use. brbrThe furniture is contemporary Restoration Hardware designed furniture, which provides a farm house style feel.brBoth bedrooms, which are on the same side of the house, have a queen-sized bed and the large windows provide great light into each of them. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and each bathroom has its own walk in shower. (The master also has an outdoor shower for your enjoyment). brbrWith a large stone clad gas fireplace and living area that opens through French doors to the outside area, the space is perfect inside/outside experience.
