Luxurious 7-Acre Estate & Guest House on Private Vineyard, With Pool & Game Room

We stayed with friends and their families and this house was fantastic! Our kiddos loved the whole property, especially the bunk bed room! The grownups loved the distinct living spaces, en-suite King bedrooms, and the large dining room. The pool cover was a taut, retractable soft cover, so all the Moms better about having kids around the pool without a gate / fence.

Responsiveness of the host and easy access to the beach. Great sunsets.

The most welcoming and lovely experience

Booked for my daughter's bachelorette trip to Sonoma/Napa along with 10 of her friends/family, and we could not have picked a more perfect place! The house is beautiful and the setting is too. This gave the wow-factor that I hoped for in those visiting the area for the first time. The house was very well-equipped both I the kitchen and with towels, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. The host was very responsive, and I hope to rent again in the future with some couples!

Very nice home with a lot of space and fun things to do. It was a quick weekend, so we did not utilize much of the kitchen amenities, but they seemed more than adequate. Overall the home was very clean. We appreciated plentiful extra towels and paper supplies.

A beautiful house in Sonoma big enough to enjoy with family and friends. I hosted my bachelorette party here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Great location a stone’s throw away from so many wonderful wineries. I wish I could stay here ever time I came to Sonoma.

We had 11 adults celebrating a combined 50th birthday. This was the perfect location -- super spacious and clean, kitchen stocked with all the plates and utensils we needed, great pool and green area for bocce ball. We were there for two nights and never left the property, we cooked both nights and were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The house was amazing and perfect for a girls trip. Everyone commented that the beds were so comfy and the pool area was a fantastic area to hang out.

We had a great stay for several nights with a family group. The home is large, beds are comfy, and the pool/yard are beautiful. Location is easy and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sonoma.

We had a family reunion with kids ranging in age from 4-17. The overall space of the home and bedroom situation worked perfectly, the pool and pool table were great entertainment for family of all ages. While the property is outside of town, it’s still close to wineries and shopping. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. The host was very communicative and helpful when needed. A beautiful and very comfortable house for a large group to enjoy and relax. The property is surrounded by a vineyard which greatly enhances the vibes. We used this as a wonderful base to tour Sonoma and it worked out very well.

Rented for a group of 12 to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. The location was incredible, equidistant to Sonoma and Napa. The vineyards set the scene and the well-manicured landscaping continued the impressive effect. The pool was gorgeous and deceptively spacious. It includes a hot tub and a guest house that has a pool bathroom on ground level. The kitchen was large and the house has many alcoves and spaces for many people to still have privacy. This was a great property and everything I had hoped for, for my wife and our close friends to have a wonderful and memorable celebratory weekend.

This property exceeded my expectations and was a great way to celebrate with my close girlfriends. Plenty of room and conveniently located to both downtown Sonoma and Napa.

This property is lovely! It was ideal for our extended family. Lots of space inside for all to spread out and enjoy privacy but also to gather together. The pool setting is so serene & private among the jasmine & vineyards. Very clean & well appointed home. Highly recommend staying here!

Exactly as expected

Our group of 10 stayed comfortably here! Between the main and guest houses, everybody had room to spread out as well as several spaces to socialize together. The host was very communicative and helpful! The grounds/pool are perfect. We would certainly stay here again for a special occasion!

This is a gorgeous property. Lots of light, views out of all of the windows, comfortable mattresses, all and all a very comfortable place to stay. And Gracie was very prompt and helpful in all of our communications. We would definitely stay again.

We were able to hit both Napa and Sonoma wineries from the location. House was just as advertised- set up well for 4 couples with 2 sets of kids

Our wine tasting group loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled. The pool was lovely and well maintained The bedrooms and baths were perfect for the four couples. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a weekend trip with friends & family and the location was perfectly located near downtown Sonoma and numerous wineries /. wine tours. As beautiful as advertised - nice decor, very spacious, beautiful landscape, and secluded & large pool area. Everything was very clean and well stocked (especially the kitchen! - we had everything we needed to make group meals during our stay.)

This property is beyond compare. Expensive. But worth it. Perhaps the best VRBO I've stayed in. Ideally, they will fix the pool soon.

This was a fabulous property for our group of 8 for the weekend. We had a lovely time sitting by the pool, exploring the surrounding vineyards in the area, and so close to town! Communication was great and any problem was readily addressed by the management team.
