This family-friendly 3br/2.5ba getaway has also been equipped for remote work (see below). brbrOur secluded, quiet street nestled up against the peaceful Moran County Park estuary is perfectly appointed for your comfort and enjoyment--a perfect change of scenery for families looking for a great getaway. br brThere are 3 bedrooms upstairs that sleep 8 (1 king in master, 1 queen in the guest room, and 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd room). There are 2.5 baths--two full upstairs and a half downstairs--plus an outdoor shower. The private master bath has two sinks, enclosed toilet and a rain shower. brLarge 3 bd 2ba sleeps up to 7 adults. brTwo story home. Just a short walk to West Cliff. Cowell's beach, Municipal Wharf ,Boardwalk , and the Lighthouse Surf Museum. Hot Tub in a large private back yard.This home is on a cul de sac corner lot close to everything. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The larger room has three twin beds. The other room has sliding doors to the back yard and hot tub. This room has a queen bed. There is a large 2 car garage down a short flight of stairs from the first floor. The upper level has a large living room with windows and views of the wharf. There is a porch with a table and chairs alongside the living room to enjoy the ocean breezes. The dining area joins the living room and the kitchen. With a lovely dining table. Fully equipped and ready for a family meal. Large gas range and oven, stainless large capacity fridge. There is a pantry with enough shelf space to hide the s'mores ingredients.brThe Master bedroom is on the far side of the upper floor. There is a balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking the back yard and hot tub area. The west cliff wharf view is perfectly setup to relax and be with your family. There is enough room to have peace and quiet, and excellent common areas to get everyone together for BBQ's or lounge in the living room to watch a movie. brYou will be able to walk from the front door to West Cliff Drive in under 3 minutes. The wharf is just another 5 minutes, and then you have the Boardwalk and Cowell's beach another couple of minutes from there. There are several wonderful restaurants on the wharf. During the summer months you will find salsa dancing and live outdoor music at the Ideal bar and grill located at the entrance of the wharf. There are also free Friday night concerts at the boardwalk. from June til September.brIf you bring your dog there is a great walk the other direction on west cliff towards the lighthouse and surfing museum at lighthouse field. Mitchell's Cove has off leash hours for free running, and Frisbee. About a 10 minute walk to the lighthouse. West cliff drive takes you from the wharf all the way to natural bridges beach.
