Stayed Apr 2, 2026The property is beautiful and a great location. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great to be able to bring the dog. Very close to the beach. And it has big bay windows to enjoy the view. I would have given it a 5 star review, but the cleaning crew did not do a very good job cleaning. We had to do some cleaning and sheet washing. Although the cleanliness was an issue the beauty and location out weighed it. We would definitely rent this place again. We had a great time with our family.

We have stayed in Santa Cruz for nearly 30 years now four to five times per year and have rented many many Vrbo homes and this home was definitely on the top of our list! Would highly recommend and definitely will stay again !!

Stayed Dec 28, 2025Probably our favorite place in Santa Cruz and that is saying something! Right across the street from the harbor and the beach with impeccable views of the ocean and the lighthouse. The house is just great. So comfortable and well appointed! The beds are very comfortable, which is always important to us. Beautiful views of the aforementioned from inside the house plus a wonderful deck and patio. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Our family group ages 86 to 17 enjoyed this beautiful home for its quality and its location close to the marina and the beach. Three levels provided a lot of privacy when needed and the upper level kitchen/living room was spacious enough for 10 people to gather comfortably. The giant windows provided lots of light and view of Monterey Bat, beach, and active marina. Hosts and crew were very responsive when needed. I would not hesitate to return.
