Brand new comfortable beds with Down Pillows and Faux Down Pillows. USB permanent outlets are installed in the kitchen. The house will have Corn hole, glow in the dark lawn darts, 4 in a row, Ping Pong, and other grass games. On the back portion of the property, we have lovely tenants who own a small dog. They have their own private entrance off the alley, and work full-time, so you will hardly notice they are there. Please be respectful of quiet hours for our neighbors (9:30 weeknights and 10:30 weekends)brbrThe garage is reserved for our long term tenants, so those doors are locked, except for the storage door on the garage holds all of the fun beach gear and yard games for your stay. The driveway is for our short term guests, please just leave enough space for our long term tenants to enter/exit through the gate and receive packages inside it.
