It has 2 Master Suites, a Kids room with a Full size bunk bed and a twin trundle. It has a DETACHED bonus room that has 2 couches that fold out to twin beds. We have also provided 2 twin foam movable beds, in case children want to sleep closer to Mom and Dad. There is a Jacuzzi bath tub in the main bathroom. It has a quadruple Reverse Osmosis drinking water system installed in the kitchen, 4-6 Car driveway, 15 lb dog or smaller allowed and MUST use its private dog run. Brand new comfortable beds with Down Pillows and Faux Down Pillows. USB permanent outlets are installed in the kitchen. The house will have Corn hole, glow in the dark lawn darts, 4 in a row, Ping Pong, and other grass games. The back yard is strung with lights to create an illuminated evening ambiance with a 6 person table set and a patio furniture set.brbrOur Neighborhood (Del Cerro) is a beloved Jewel hidden in the city of San Diego. Notify the host of how many pets and the type of pets you plan to bring at the time of your reservation. We charge $150 per stay for pets, and collect a fully refundable $250 security deposit. We have several restrictions - no puppies under 1 year, dogs must be spayed or neutered (less likely to mark, to be aggressive, to roam, often are more calm, etc.), dogs must be well behaved on leash, and owners must agree to keep dogs on leash whenever they are outdoors. Guests must pick up after their pets. Pets are not allowed on the beds. Guest must report any property damage immediately. It is the guest’s responsibility to control the barking of their dogs. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets remain in the front (4463) unit and its front and rear yards. Under no circumstances are pets allowed in the indoor and outdoor spaces belonging to the back unit (4461). Guests must ensure their pets do not disturb the back unit (4461) tenants. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND INJURY: The property is privately owned; the Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Any person in/on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Renters and Guests` personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by the Owners against loss or damage due to negligent acts of others or any other cause. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. The Owners are not responsible for any damage to personal articles washed in the supplied washer or dryer. brbr3. SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES: Guests will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity stated on the reservation confirmation. That is, people other than those listed in the Guest party made at the time of rental request may not stay overnight in the property. Bringing a pet to the property without first notifying the hosts. Using the premises for any illegal activity, but not limited to the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties. Any other acts which interferes with the neighbors` right to quiet enjoyment of their property. brbr4. NOISE: Please respect our wonderful neighbors by keeping the volume reasonable. Minimize outdoor noise or large groups outside the house after 9:00 PM. Quiet hours are 9 pm – 8 am. Excessive noise and disturbances exposes us to fines of more than $1000 from the city. Any fines levied by the city due excessive noise will be passed through to the responsible guests. You could be charged fines of up to $1000 for excessive noise.brbr5. Report any damage to the Owners immediately. Use furniture and appliances for their intended uses only. If any damages are found unreported after checkout, you could be charged damages of up to $1000brbr6. PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet tissue in the toilet. No flushable wipes, paper towels, feminine products or baby products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that improper materials have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000. brbr7. WHAT WE SUPPLY: The property is equipped and set up as fully furnished, including linens, blankets, pillows, towels, furnishings and furniture. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. brbr8. PARKING: Three assigned off street parking spaces in the driveway accessible from the front of the property on 42nd st are offered with the reservation. Street parking is also available. brbr9. CLEANING: YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property, including the furniture, in the same general condition as when you first occupied it. brbr10. Our spacious back deck and yard and our proximity to Tourmaline Beach are what makes this property shine. Please be respectful of quiet hours for our neighbors (9:30 weeknights and 10:30 weekends)brbrThe garage is reserved for our long term tenants, so those doors are locked, except for the storage door on the garage holds all of the fun beach gear and yard games for your stay. The driveway is for our short term guests, please just leave enough space for our long term tenants to enter/exit through the gate and receive packages inside it.
