There is no bathroom in the separate cottage. There is a surfer shower in the backyard. brbrLarge backyard with sand area and fire pit. Large front patio with seating and outside collapsible table for dining al fresco and watching sunsets, portable fire pit for front yard available as well. brbrExterior lighting is controlled by one switch at the back door. It turns on the lights on the west and the east side of the house. brbrPlease do not leave the exterior lights on during the day.brHeating and Air conditioning and fully stocked modern kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room full sized washer and dryer. Please do not leave the AC on when you leave.
