Ocean Views - SEAGIRT RETREAT- 4 BD/4 BTH - Air Conditioning - Family Getaway

The house was fantastic for our family beach vacation. It easily held our group of 8 and we could have fit 10 people comfortably. We had just one large vehicle and that's all we needed because you can walk to so many restaurants and bars along the beach. We made good use of the chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and balls in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this property for our family vacation. kitchen had everything we needed. it was so close to the boardwalk and beach we could get out early and set up our beach camp. very clean and well kept. loved all the extras especially the really nice beach towels. would definitely stay here again

As depicted in the description. Super clean!! The house was well stocked with cooking utensils, blankets, beach chairs/ towels and boogie boards. The garage was large enough to park a sedan and a small suv. We would stay there again.

A perfect home for a family! Great location with restaurants, coffee shop, the beach and bay so close! The house was very clean, organized and had everything you need. Really appreciated the labeling and instructions on the little things (remote, fans, door locks etc). Very comfortable beds with plenty of bathrooms for our crew! Hosts were great! Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend and would rent again!

Parking was a bit of a challenge with two cars but we managed. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a muffin pan!

Perfect location!

Our stay was simply the best!! The kitchen had everything that you would need. Everything was marked clearly and labeled. All of the extras for the beach were in the garage all labeled. The host was wonderful to communicate with. We hope that we will be able to be in San Diego again next year. If so, we will definitely be looking to stay here. All of the guests staying where are very impressed with the house.

Beautiful clean and comfortable home in the perfect location. Everyone in our family that stayed during this vacation definitely want to come back next year to this house.

Wonderful family week at Seagirt! Loved walkability to beach and Mission Bay. Owner supplied all our bedroom, bath, kitchen and beach needs. Super-detailed, clear communication. (Noisy construction, but not owners’ fault.)

This was our second year staying on Seagirt. Fantastic location steps from the beach and boardwalk, well appointed home stocked with kitchen & beach gear, and owner is very responsive. Very relaxing and easy beach getaway for the family.

Wonderful stay!!!

This is a great property in an amazing location. We had 6 adults and 2 kids under the age of 3. Tons of space and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. Kitchen is full of stuff and there were lots of things in the garage for the beach. Property is steps from the boardwalk and the patio is perfect for watching the ocean. Property owners provided lots of information about the house and were quick to respond to questions before we got there. We would most stay here again.

We were in San Diego for my daughter’s graduation from SDSU. It worked great for our mixed family group with the setup. The house was just as advertised and the location couldn’t be beat. Just a block to the beach and 3 blocks to the bay. We loved sleeping with the patio door open listening to the waves crash. Lots of great options for food/drinks within walking distance. House is well stocked, and had lots of extra towels which I appreciate in a rental. We were able to (barely) fit 2 cars in the garage (Jeep and a small/midsize car, but it was tight. Host was very responsive at all times. I would definitely stay here again, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

House was comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Perfect location. Parking and alleys are a little challenging but that just comes with the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in Mission Beach. Beds were comfy and we liked being able to walk to some restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Wonderful location.

The house is very well equipped for a beach stay. Location is excellent with short walks to local restaurants and shops. Steps to the beach. Parking can be a challenge, but hosts provided good tips on how to navigate that. TThe house was

This house was perfect for our two families of 4 to meet up for Thanksgiving. Everyone had a bed and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. There is a clear view of the beach from the living room and both decks, which was fabulous for watching the sunset and dolphins! Everything is well labeled and instructions are clear. We had everything we needed to prepare and host Thanksgiving dinner. These hosts have thought of everything. Beach chairs? Check! Beach towels? Check! We would totally stay again. I would say the only things that may not be quite clear in the listing (but did not affect our experience negatively) is that you really can’t fit two cars in the garage unless you have something small like a mini-cooper. We had two sedans and they both couldn’t fit. Also, the shower in one of the upstairs bedrooms is VERY small and not really comfortable for anyone over 5’ tall. I would also advise this house is not ADA friendly, if that’s something you need. I don’t believe it’s advertised as such but just good to know if you have someone who has mobility issues or problems with stairs.

Great place, this is our second year in a row here. We had a large group for the 3 Day walk and everyone was very comfortable.

There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed our stay at the Seagirt Retreat! Steps away from the beach with great views from the balconies while enjoying our morning coffee. Would absolutely return to this fabulous home away from home.
