Noise: East Village (neighborhood of the home) has laws governing noise. If noise is excessive you will be subject to a fine and termination of lease. The home is located near other private home residences and noise levels must be reasonable and courteous to the neighbors at all times. There is no loud playing of music etc. after 10 pm or before 9 am. All neighbors have landlord contact information to notify of any noise issues. The outside, garage and courtyard are all quiet zones past 10 pm. PLEASE DO NOT forget to close the sliding glass door as noise travels easily through the complex. If you disturb the neighbors or the police are called on a noise complaint your damage deposit may be forfeited brbr2. Balcony: The balcony is off limits past 10 pm. One of the balconies has a gas BBQ on it that makes it very accessable to the kitchen.brbrWe have a carport that will hold 3 medium size vehicles and an enclosed single-car garage for your use (total parking 4 vehicles). Inside the garage we have bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella stroller and various beach toys for your use.brbrOur front and back yards are completely fenced. The front yard has a patio table and chairs. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer too!brbrWe have beds for 11 people:brThe second floor bedroom has a Queen size bedbrThe master bedroom (3rd floor) has a Queen size bedbrThe middle bedroom (3rd floor) has a Queen size bed and a twin size bed.brThe end bedroom (3rd floor) has a Queen size bed and a full size futonbrIn addition to this, we have 2 pack 'n plays.brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, serving dishes, glasses, a variety of pots & pans, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, can opener. All adult groups who may be celebrating will likely find this unit difficult to fully enjoy as the neighbors do not tolerate noise during quiet hours or loud daytime music/party atmosphere. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.brbrSan Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence.
