Waypoint Cottage, one block from the beach!

Mold and water damage. The space and location was great but the unit had a clear mold smell and mold on the ceilings of the bedroom, closet, window sills, and water damage to the bathroom cabinets and bedside table. The toilet paper being stored in the cabinets smelled strongly of mold. We had headaches and congestion which relieved as soon as we got to a new and clean space after.

Easy to access Cottage and get location to town / Beach.No view is a drawback. Believe that something dead/died in the crawl space under the Cottage. Oder/smell very unpleasant.

A super little cottage in an excellent position for what we required. My only concern was that somebody had the ability to open a locked door and enter on my last night hence 4 stars rather than 5. It was very scary. The owners responded immediately to my emails.

It was a great space for a quick weekend getaway!OB had a lot of great restaurants and plenty of sandy beach waterfront to enjoy.Ubers were easy to use to get to/from when we went exploring.

Great sisters trip! Cute beach cottage. Had everything we needed. Loved the outdide table for morning tea. Easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants, Sunset Point, bus stop. Thank you!

Great location

Perfect for being so close to Ocean Beach which we did everyday. Walked to some restaurants. Ubered to many other things. Never any traffic.

Nice size cottage for 2. Very clean on the inside. Liked the full size stove and fridge because i was able to cook when i wanted. Or could walk a few minutes and eat at a variety of restaurants. 1 block to beach was nice as well.

Short stay, but a very nice property.

Nice property in a good location, clean secure and comfortable. If we are in the area we would book it again.

We had such a great time staying here with our six month old baby. The included pack and play was wonderful, and dedicated parking was a huge plus. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and mini split A/C option was great. The fridge has a water dispenser which was so handy! Bed was comfy, great water pressure. We appreciated access to beach chairs as well. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Great space and location. The owners were communicative and we were even able to check in early which was a big win. Very near the beach and we will definitely seek this rental out again in future. By far our best rental experience in OB. Thank you!
