Pacific Beach Oasis - Walk to the Beach!

Cute little apartment in a quiet nice area. Plenty of street parking, walkable distance to restaurants and beach. Communication was great. Everything needed was provided.

Great communication, and amazing location! Good for a long-term stay while we moved to Pacific Beach. Would recommend to friends and family!

The apartment is in a great, walkable location. It was a good size for three of us. There is no AC but they do provide fans, which was very helpful!

Well worth the money we paid. Cleanliness good. Communication and check-in excellent. Bldg. numbers on outside/front of building would be helpful. Would definitely book again.

We got in late on our first night and had a very difficult time finding parking and there’s if the trip. I specifically asked about street parking and the manager said it was not a problem, it is in the summer. When we arrived it was very dark and difficult to see which unit it was. The place is bare bones and could use some updating , simple things like towel hooks. There’s no place to sit outside to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning which we missed in the photos. All the windows look into other units which is not easy to see in the photos, it felt dark and a little depressing. The couch had some questionable stains which made it feel gross. They did come to clean those off the sofa bed when we complained. Aside from that, the unit was clean. We were praying a premium price because of the time of year and it was way overpriced for what it was, in our opinion.

We had an amazing stay at this Pacific Beach rental! The property was clean and cozy! Well-maintained from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t be better; just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants.The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and offering great recommendations for things to do in the area.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an stress-free beach getaway that won’t break the bank! We’ll definitely be back!
