Ocean View Pad Mission Beach Surfboards Parking AC

First off I would like to start by saying the host was not the issue. Communication was great and they tried to accommodate the issues! I don’t know where all the good reviews came from but this place was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in!!! The pictures are either AI generated for decor and etc or when they first started renting it out! If I could post pics I would! Rust all over the place, railing, closets, doors and etc. All the blinds in living room and bedrooms were broken. We had to cover holes with paper towels. They ordered new blinds for us but never put them in while we were there. Bathroom door was filthy! Shower cracked and moldy, mold all around bottom of shower, walls cracked and moldy at bottom of door ways, had to request mattress topper for pull out couch as springs were popping through. Mattress cover on couch was stained, bathroom sink was disgusting, floors were extremely dirty, had to wear shoes in shower, no extra bedding like stated, washer and dryer in garage area that was dirty and creepy, parking is horrible… it was just the worst part of our trip unfortunately. I tried to get a refund the day we got there and get something else but they wouldn’t promise a refund so I couldn’t book something else and pay double! Very very very disappointing!

Already filled in the property advisor to what our dissatisfaction was no need to continue to discuss walk the property for your self selves from time to time and you can see for your self advertisement does not accurately describe the amenities!

Great place close to the beach

Visiting from Colorado, it was great to have a location so close to the beach. Just three houses away and you are there. We appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas available which saved us from renting. The kitchen facilities were great for breakfast and a few meals. The air conditioning worked great, and the host was very accommodating with additional needs we had. We loved the location in Mission Beach, and it was very easy to get to activities like Seaworld, a Whale watching tour, and see kayaking in La Jolla.We would definitely recommend this location for your stay.

Stayed here for a week with my 4 kids. This is a great little beach cottage. The cottage met all our needs, close to the beach, stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including surfboards so the kids didn’t need to rent them. 100% recommend!

Great location. Condo was clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. Plenty of clean towels to use.Garage was small and tricky to get SUV in snd out of. Would have been helpful to have an outside shower/hose to rinse off with after being at the beach. Great place to stay and vacation.

30 seconds from mission beach. 15 mins from SD Zoo and 8 mins from Seaworld. Host has great communication.Great location. Property is a bit on the older side but has everything you need. Very small garage

Convenient location steps away from the beach and just a short drive from sea world

We loved the stay here. Property management was amazing and checked in on us throughout the stay! Easy location right to the beach!, and easy access to Beaumont park which is about a 15-20 minute walk, same with pacific beach. Nice little grocery shop right around the corner for necessities. Only down fall was a few roaches we found living in the WiFi router, but that’s all we saw. Beds were comfortable and water for the shower was great. Would stay again
