We own and operate Mission Beach Villas, a highly rated vacation rental management business in San Diego.brbrWe are available 7 am to 10 pm to answer questions during your stay.brbrOur storefront rental office, Mission Beach Villas, is down the street on Mission Blvd about a mile away, so if you need anything feel free to stop by! If you have an early flight, you may stow your luggage at our office so you can go to lunch or hang out on the beach until check-in time. And if you have an afternoon flight on checkout day you may also stow luggage. Just coordinate these details with us and we are happy to accommodate. Please note, we charge a small nominal fee for luggage storage.brbrBefore your stay, we are happy to suggest our favorite restaurants, and tourist attractions and will help you get acquainted with the area. brbrThe best thing about the neighborhood is that there is so much within walking distance that you may not need a car. Plus Starbucks is right in your backyard. (Literally 50 feet away!) brbrYou could just take an Uber/Lyft from the airport (5 miles away), get dropped off here and you're at the beach! We have local restaurants, trendy beach bars, excellent coffee spots, and cafes all within a few short blocks. Sea World is just 2 miles away.brbrRecreational opportunities abound. There are several shops within walking distance that book excursions, or rent beach equipment including: stand up paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, windsurfing, catamarans, sail boats, water ski boats, and even jet packs. Additionally we can hook you up with surf lessons, either group classes or private lessons. What's more there are free yoga classes each day on the beach. Just let us know what you're looking for. brbrWe offer self-check in via digital entry. You will have private access to the unit so you may come and go as you please. There are no keys to lose, just a simple 4 digit passcode to remember. brbrbrIf your family likes action, this location is the best spot of all of Mission Beach. It is right in the middle of the giant roller coaster area and a block from the main lifeguard tower. brbrIt is positioned in the ♡ of Mission Beach, a gorgeous beach community on a super narrow strip of land between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Walk in either direction (West or East) and you'll encounter pristine white beaches. Both sides have wide boardwalks for bicycle riding or walking. On the bay-side you'll enjoy a relaxing sail bay with a calm atmosphere, while on the ocean-side you'll enjoy ocean waves for surfing and a lively beach scene. Either way, you'll call it paradise. We simply call it home! brbrThis fun vacation rental is a second floor apartment. You have your own separate entry. The space is 624 square feet.brbrThe vacation rental features two bedrooms, one bathroom, cozy living room, and a fully supplied kitchen. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the other bedroom with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom. The living room offers a sofa bed.brbrThe kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. We supply you with all the cooking pans, dishes, and utensils you might need. There are the usual kitchen gadgets such as bottle openers and cork screws.brbrThe living room comes complete with a flat screen television. It is equipped with Internet TV with Roku, which includes live local TV and Netflix. Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and many other channels are available with your own login credentials. What's more, there is free WIFI and plenty of outlets to keep you plugged in. brbrThis vacation rental comes supplied with all the basics you'd expect at any hotel like a hair dryer and iron. Plus you have a kitchen and living room to enjoy. We think of everything you might need and even stock you with beach towels so you don't need to pack those in your suitcase. Beach cruiser bicycles are available for rent by the hour, day, or the week. They also rent surfboards, wetsuits, standup paddle boards and a lot of other fun beach equipment.brbrThere is also a bus stop that will take you to Old Town in minutes. At Old Town there is a major transportation hub where you can transfer to any other bus line or transfer to the Trolley (San Diego's metro line) which will take you downtown.
