The Neighborhood:

Ocean Beach is a great neighborhood. It close to all in San Diego yet if you want to just hang out at the beach it's a great beach for all. Swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, beach volleyball, tidepool exploring, evening bonfires, walks on the pier, sandcastle building and more. Our building is walking distance to great restaurants (2 blocks) and shopping. there is evening nightlife and live music nearby as well.



Getting Around:

Ocean Beach is one of San Diego’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods - perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you're walking, biking, or driving, getting around is easy and convenient. OB is close to everything San Diego has to offer, yet it feels like its own coastal haven. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the beach just minutes away, where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, beach volleyball, tidepool exploring, evening bonfires, sandcastle building, and peaceful walks on the pier. When the sun sets, the neighborhood comes alive with a laid-back nightlife scene and live music just blocks away.

• No Smoking • Guests ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: driveway parking - tadem with unit #3 • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

    The property itself was great. Unfortunately you do wake up to homeless people camping out on the sidewalks or on the grass close to the beach. They were not a bother at all, but it was sad to see.

    The place was very clean, plenty of beach towels and good beds. Our son and his friend loved the proximity to the beach and we appreciated the nearby stores, bars and restaurants with ocean views. The backyard was great for BBQing and watching the surf. The dog beach was very fun to watch and close by. We will recommend this place to others.

    Location is awesome,,steps away from the beach. Cute inside and newly remodeled. However when we arrived and the house was completely covered in plastic as it was being painted. Windows were covered with plastic the entire time we were there as were the painters..Management responded when we reached out and we were given a substantial discount. Its a cute property and after all the updating is complete will be totally awesome

    Great property, location and access to the beach. The master bathroom shower did not work and the second bathroom shower curtain needed to be weighed as it flew around the whole time.

    For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is great for a family or group of friends. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, we were within walking distance of the beach, and the yard on the downstairs units was great for hanging out. The unit also came with beach toys for our use. The biggest drawback was that we could not get ahold of the property manager. She sent me messages about the check in process but when I reached back out with question about check in and parking, we never heard back from her. The handle in the master bath was also broken but I wasn’t able to report it to her since she didn’t respond to any of my other messages. Still overall mostly pleasant experience though.
