La Jolla Beach Home: Sauna, Cold Plunge, Jacuzzi. 3 mins walk to Windansea Beach

Our house is bright and airy and perfect for visitors who want to be walkable to one of the most beautiful beaches in all of California...Windansea Beach. With a jacuzzi, cold plunge and large outdoor patio with heater… you might want to just live outside. Our patio can be cozy on a cold night by drawing the curtains and snuggling on the couch. Or you can get some daytime rays laying on our huge sectional. Too chilly…well, chilly for San Diego is different than the rest of the country. We will always keep you warm at our home. We have a woodburning fireplace in the living area and a jacuzzi out back. Come to paradise and make our home yours! Outdoor we have a huge dining table that also functions as a ping pong table. All you have to do is simply lift up the metal net and voila. Large tables seats 10-14 people. Inside we have a pool table that can also be converted to a dining table. Also seats a large group. brbrOur bedrooms are spacious and the beds are cozy! We have an upstairs master suite with his and her sinks. A dual shower head shower and huge bathroom. Keurig machines upstairs and regular coffee maker downstairs. Peekaboo ocean view from master and canyon views from 4th bedroom. 4th bedroom is open and adjacent to staircase and small only accommodating one twin and a nightstand. This bedroom is attached to master bedroom and really functions as a bonus room suitable for a child, not an adult wanting a private bedroom. Two other large bedrooms downstairs. The bunk room has a Queen over Queen bunk bed with a bean bag chair that folds out into a full bed. It has its own TV with an Amazon Firestick connected so you can access Netflix and many other applications. A jack and jill bath is between the bunk room and the guest room which has a double bed and a twin trundle. This bedroom also has a TV with Amazon Firestick. Cabinets are equipped with toys and gadgets littles and game and puzzles for your older kids . We have everything from puzzles to Magnatiles.For adults we have games from A to Z: Balderdash, Rummikub, Scrabble, Hoopla, Monopoly and the list goes on. We have cards and poker chips and an arts and crafts box. Have boys or girls, young or old, we have provided entertainment for them indoor and out. Outside we have a jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor dining set for dining outdoors under twinkly lights. Our outdoor dining table also functions as a ping pong table. brbrOur living area is large and spacious. Gather around the island or the fireplace. Sit on the large sectional or have a nice dinner in the formal dining area. Our kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING. You name it. We have it. Insta-Pot, rice cooker, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, baking sheets and anything that you might need. We stock with all the kitchen essentials like oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and you have access to our full spice drawer. brbrNeed beach toys…got those! Boogie boards, corn hole, and bocce.. Got that, too! You can park on the street (west side only) or we have spots for 2 in our driveway. Outdoor shower is great for rinsing off sandy feet! BBQ for outside grilling. Ring toss game on the front porch is a great hit for parents and kids alike! We have corn hole, too. Our house is walkable not only to beach but also to coffee shops and restaurants. And just 20 minutes from the airport. We hope you make our home your vacation home! Hairdryers, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided.

Walk two blocks to Garnet Ave where you will find plenty of great restaurants and other activities. brIf your interested in a burger and beer, you must check out a local favorite, Rocky's, located just a few blocks away. It is a small bar that takes only cash, but if you can get in, the burgers are worth it! brSea World is just 2 miles away as well. brbrThis 4 bedroom 3 bath house has an open bottom level layout so when you are cooking in the gourmet kitchen you won't miss out on any of the action. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and all the utensils needed to cook any meal. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds and one full bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms, 2 Jetted Bathtubs and laundry room are located upstairs. brThe fully fenced backyard offers a private deck above the garage with plenty of patio furniture for everyone to relax and take in some sun. There is also a gas BBQ grill available. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and beach cruiser bikes are available for guests. brbrThis house even has air conditioning!!brbrPlease note: there is no garage access to guests.
