The space includes a couch and lounge in the living room, a nice full kitchen and breakfast nook, a queen size bed and ceiling fan in the bedroom, and a full bathroom with two pedestal sinks and a walk-in shower. There is also a large deck directly outside the living room that overlooks the downtown skyline, which is incredible during both day and night.brbrOnce you enter the gated entrance, a lush tropical pathway will lead you to the stairway that takes you up to the private residence.brbrThere is plenty of free street parking directly outside this residence.brbrOur family lives in the main house on the property, so you may see us watering plants at times, however the private residence is upstairs and separate from the main house, and is very private.brGuest accessbrAs our guests, you will have access to the the upstairs private Casita.brProperty is NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE.brOther things to notebrLoma Portal is a desirable and walkable neighborhood that is in close proximity to restaurants, beaches, and the airport. We are in the flight path and you will hear planes going overhead. For light sleepers ear plugs are provided.brbrThere is a flight of stairs (15 ), that lead up to the Casita. And that’s also why the view is so great :)br***Please note that the stairway can be wet/slippery if it has rained or there has been ample humidity overnight. Exercise caution when using the flight of stairs during your stay. *******brbr**DURING YOUR STAY;brAs mentioned, the owners live in the main house, so we do ask that quiet hours begin at 9pm to respect both the main house residents and the neighbors.brbrThis place is available for those registered as guests only.
