Massive Beach Home | Ocean View | Amazing Rooftop

Our stay in San Diego was wonderful—such a lovely spot just steps from the beach. The home comfortably accommodated all 14 of us, plus our small dog, making it perfect for gathering everyone together. We had the best time celebrating Christmas with friends and family, creating memories we’ll cherish for years to come.

The house was ready before the check in time of 4 pm. All the amenities were great. The kids loved the boogie boards and all the beach towels were much appreciated. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the firepit and had s'mores one evening. Being so close to the beach was fantastic. One suggestion: in the information about the house it is stated that one of the bedrooms had a twin bed. A more accurate description would be that the bed is child sized. My 11 yr old granddaughter is less than 5 feet tall and she barely fit in the bed. An adult would not have been able to sleep in that bed. My family enjoyed the stay in the home and we were able to make wonderful memories.Thank you.

The views from the rooftop were absolutely spectacular, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The home easily accommodated our group of 13 without ever feeling crowded. The layout was like a charming maze—we had such a great time exploring and figuring out which staircase led where! With three generations traveling together, it worked out wonderfully: the grandparents enjoyed the comfort of the first floor, the teens loved being near the kitchen on the second, and the adults had the third floor to themselves. Everything could not have been more perfect on our family vacation with my three boys and their families. They had the two top floors and I stayed in the apartment on the first floor. The boardwalk is very close and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by. I would definitely come back again.

The location of the property is just amazing! We were able to walk to the beach and the bay. The beach is steps away from the house. The are restaurants and markets walking distance from the house. The Belmont park is very close. We took scooters and bikes out. The neighborhood is safe and our kids had tons of fun and freedom to hang out. The house is a bit outdated, but the location makes up for any of it. We had a blast and would absolutely recommend staying here!

We come to San Diego every summer and this has been our favorite house so far! Every room was so comfy and accommodating. Wish all of the rooms had TV’s but that’s nothing major. Washer and dryers are a must for a family of 10, having two sets was a life saver! We loved the location and will be returning next summer!

The online representation of the house was accurate. It was very spacious and accommodating for our 12 -14 member gathering and this was the our main reason for reserving this property. I loved that the bedding and towels, which were fresh, crisp and very white. The building was on the older side but looked renovated. We were okay with that. The apartment connected to the house was nice to have too, but not up to date like the main house. The washer/dryers in both units could be updated and the garages could too. Don't pass on this property because it really is worth the price for the space and the beach is only a 2 minute walk from the front door. We were all very excited about staying at this property. It was very close to the beach as well as a coffee shop, market and places to eat. Belmont park was within walking distance which was good for the teens. Overall this place was good. I will say that there is zero option for early check-in, not even to store luggage while you wait. I was able to speak to someone the day of and they directed me to a place that was very close that was able to sotre our bags until the house was ready. It was not super expensive either. The pictures are a bit deceiving as the house appeared bigger than it was. It was a very beautiful house, but it got a bit crowded for 13 people. The rooftop balcony was very nice! we were able to grill and hang out by the fire pit. Very cool. The biggest issue that I had was that there is a queen bedroom attached to the master bedroom and its in the fine print that you msut read. Had I known that, I may have tried to find another house due to the inconvenience. If you dont mind having people going in and out of your room to use the restroom or coming and going for whatever reason, you will be fine. Overall, our stay was amazing and the house served it's purpose. I would rent again.

We stayed here for a group of 15 girls ages 30-40 for my sisters bachelorette party and had a great time. Plenty of room for entertaining and also to have time to rest. The separate apartment downstairs was great as two in our party are pregnant and it gave them extra privacy to relax when needed. Highly recommend for a larger group gathering.

2nd time staying at this property. Could use some updates to the furniture. Downstairs apartment doesn't have a tv in the living room. couch is uncomfortable. Everything else was great. We enjoy the mission beach area.

Very close to both Belmont park and the beach. Great view of sea world fireworks from the roof deck.
