Kitchen was well stocked - essentials and appliances were all in good condition.The interior decorations are superior and lay out of the house is well planned!Very clean and beds are comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Walking distance to the beach and other stores.Would recommend this place to friends and come back in the near future! We had such a great time staying in this beautiful home in the heart of PB. The home is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach and sitting out on the deck above the garage! The host was very responsive to our questions about checking in. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. The outdoor patio was a huge hit for morning even evening debriefs and coordinating. Everyone had enough space but the common areas were big enough for all of us to be in place at once. The bikes and boogie were so big hit and great location to everything so we didn’t lose a lot of time getting Ubers to grocery stores, restaurants or convenient stores. Can’t wait to come back here!

This place is amazing! It is exactly as advertised. The place is bigger than it seems when you're in it and the patio in the back was wonderful to enjoy. We had 6 people staying in the house and it did not feel like it at all. The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked great.

We loved our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

Stayed for three nights at this well furnished home with my three sisters and our mothers. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces and easy to communicate with host. Highly recommend.

The house is great for a large family! Everything looked brand new. We loved the house! The only recommendations would be to upgrade the WiFi and fix or upgrade the rusty bikes.

We enjoyed a family gathering at this house. We were disappointed that the 4th bed room with twin beds was actually a flimsy cot for the fourth adult couple! The 3rd bedroom was so small there was no room for side table on each bed and the couple had to turn sideways to make their way to the closet. We felt like the master bedroom was oversized and square footage taken from the master could have made the other rooms more comfortable. Also we discovered there was no dishwasher pods or papertowels. Finally, 2 of the 4 bikes were unusable. 1 bike had a flat tire and the other bike had a broken peddle. This was a major selling point so it was disappointing to discover. Good location and very clean.

The experience was absolutely perfect. We had no issues with the property. Everything was clean, organized and easily accessible. Communication was clear and speedy. Check out process was easy. 5 stars all around.

This place was a great weekend home, extremely clean, and accommodating. They had everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. The location is fantastic as well. Will absolutely be back to this property when we come again.

This place was absolutely perfect for a girls trip. Great location and a lot of space for 7 girls. The communicate was amazing and would recommend to anyone, we will definitely be going back!!

We traveled to San Diego with my 81 year old father to see 4 other siblings and other family who live in CA. Our stay at this property was amazing! Location, decor, cleanliness, open kitchen concept and bedroom on first floor were awesome!

Great location for July 4th activities at the Bay. Loved the decks and outdoor places to relax. Awesome large kitchen and dining area where we could all gather. We had a great time!

Our stay here was perfect. We were given really detailed instructions of the place and everything we needed to know. It was very close to the beach and they had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas to use. The kitchen was well equipped if you're looking to cook and the bedrooms were all great sizes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great overall rental in the middle of Pacific Beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and beaches are all close. Great spot for a little getaway.

Everything was great. House was very user friendly and close proximity to family and everything PB has to offer
