You will forced to relax next to the resort style 55-foot custom lap pool and jacuzzi. Night-time swimming after 10pm requires your library voice to not disturb the neighbors. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated at your request for an additional fee. The covered private lanai features three separate areas with outdoor cabana fans for your comfort, lighting, and control. Due to recent Palm Springs City ordinance there is a very strict NO OUTDOOR music policy. The larger guest suite has its own independent climate control for guests separate from the main house to make this en suite bedroom as hot or cold as you prefer.br brYou will enjoy a pool-side dining area with fire pit as well as an outdoor kitchen with a built-in Weber Genesis grill connected to the gas main and an ice-well to stay hydrated. Pool/Spa is available to heat with two options. You can elect to heat both pool and spa at a night rate of $105 per night or you can elect to heat only the spa at night rate of $45. No pets allowed.

It heats up at about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. It can be raised to hot tub temperatures as well. Pool includes a tanning shelf, umbrella slot, jets, waterfall and led lighting. For short term stays October through the end of May please ask me for pool heating fees. The amenity center pools and hot tub are always heated.brbrWe have a pool cleaner scheduled every Monday and Thursday but despite that, the desert may have high winds that bring debris into the pool. We also have a pool skimmer hanging on the back waterfall wall for your use. During the summer from late June till September the average pool temperature can be 80 degrees+.brbrThe outdoor shower has been adapted to also have hot water plumbed to it. All homes close escrow with only cold water showers outside.brbrSpaceless heater has been upgraded with a recirculating pump that delivers hot water to the sinks and showers much faster with a touch of a remote located at every sink.brbrThe host has 2 Pedego electric bikes, one regular bike and a dog stroller available. Please contact host for waiver and any fees.brbrThe community has a 6 night minimum and the maximum number of allowed adults dictated by bedroom count is 6.
