We stayed here for Coachella weekend and it was such a delight! The property was beautiful and Rob, the property manager, was friendly and communicative. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area.

My family loved the home and had a wonderful vacation! The owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating. My only note is that the beds and couch are a bit firm. Otherwise, the house was perfect for a family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family!

We come to PS yearly for post-winter getaway. We came to this property this year and had an idyllic experience! Location is FABULOUS as you are close to downtown yet tucked into the foothills and the evenings are quiet and serene. We went south to do some hiking, which was wonderful. The trails are so close. The house is lovely…fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great en suite baths. The pool area is perfect, wonderful for a refreshing dip. The birds serenade you each morning on the front patio as you enjoy your coffee. We loved the home!

Barbara is an excellent host and the location of this property is one of the best in Palm Springs. I wanna keep it a secret. Peaceful and replenishing. Side note: I appreciate that there a lot of basic items left at this property ie: Sunscreen, honey, soap, toilet paper Etc..The kitchen is well stocked with herbs and spices too. Makes for a very easy stay. :)

Was everything we expected, quiet and amenities were superb. Perfect in every way, private, modern and exclusive...we.wanted a special place to celebrate our 40-year anniversary

Very welcoming host and a beautiful home and location. We had some rain, but it didn’t dampen our spirits. We went on a four mile hike starting just feet from the front gate. Breathtaking views! The property manager was also great!

House is situated in quiet, private neighborhood. 2 couples stayed and we were very comfortable. Home is close to restaurants, groceries, or whatever else you need. Lots of areas to walk. Or take a short ride into iconic neighborhoods for your morning walks. Nice public golf courses very close. Barbara and Ron are very responsive to any questions you may have. Pool area is nice. While sitting in the hot tub we spotted various wildlife on the hillside above. All in all a wonderful stay with great weather in December.

If the house was for sale I would buy it. Just loved everything about it. Location, design, clean, grounds. Sensational.

Always a wonderful and relaxing time staying here. The only downside to staying here, is when you have to pack up and leave.

It was amazing!!! Everything was perfect…except for the number of bees that wanted to swim in the pool!!!

This was our fourth stay at this property. As always, everything was perfect. What keeps us coming back? The consistency in cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. We love the pool and the close proximity to restaurants.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. The House – even better than one could imagine. The location – couldn't have been any better. The view, the pool, the ample supply of stocked items. The host and team – so lovely! Sometimes you never know with rentals, even when you look at the reviews. This place far exceeded all expectations and believe what the wonderful reviews say – BOOK THIS PLACE!

The property was clean and the kitchen was big for cooking but we spent most of the time poolside which was fabulous!

What a great house. Just a picturesque backyard with views and nature right there. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool and poolhouse were perfect for just lounging around in the sun. Close to the strip and food and fun things to go do. Would definitely stay again!

We love this house. It works great for three couples that want to hike the mountains in the morning before it gets too hot and then relax poolside in the afternoon. This is a great place that we have come back to 3 times.

We had a wonderful experience renting the Modern Hillside Retreat. The setting up against the mountain is stunning. The location is excellent for access to everything. And the house is terrific -- great layout, very nicely furnished, beautiful pool and spa area. Kitchen and barbecue were especially well-equipped, so we really enjoyed cooking and grilling at home. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We could not have enjoyed it more.

This was an excellent rental. Everything you need was at the house. The owners and property manager were very helpful. The pool and spa were perfect. We enjoyed the house so much we never wanted to leave. We plan to come back again next time we visit Palm Springs. It is a 11 out of 10!

Great house with beautiful views.

This property is just beautiful, comfortable, and so well appointed. The owner has thought of everything....definitely the first rental where we have NOT had to run out to buy any supplies whatsoever. There is plenty of seating everywhere....front patio, back patio, inside home. Same with lighting. The owner and property manager are both wonderful to work with. Such a comfortable home.... We will be back!

This place has to be one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and the location was ideal. We spent a good amount of time enjoying the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked so that we had all the pots, pans, etc we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner.

This house lives so well! Located in one of Palm Springs' more desirable areas (no wind, no air traffic), we had a perfect time in the sun. My 80-year-old parents stayed in the main house while my wife and I took the pool house. There's plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing or come together and socialise. The decor is comfortable, the house is stocked with all the essentials, and I could ramble on and on about how much I loved the place. It is easy to get everywhere; the pool and hot tub are perfect, and the house is backed up into the hills for a private experience. It was a wonderful place to be!
