Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This unit is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the unit, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs.brbrGuest Access:brDoor PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.brbrOther Things to Note:brPlease be sure to read the Things to Know section at the bottom of the listing to ensure our property is a good fit for your stay. Please also note you are welcome to bring one (1) dog. The fee is $35/night/pet. Unauthorized pets will be a $500 fine. Also, keep in mind that the parking area is pretty tight. A large truck won’t fit, so if you do have a large truck, you’ll need to park on the street above (Pacific St).
