NEW REMODEL!! Family Beach Condo with All the Amenities!

This property was decent but has no air conditioning which wasn’t disclosed in the listing. When you arrive it is extremely hot and takes a while to cool down after you turn on every fan around the apartment. As a parent I feel a little unsafe sleeping with all the windows and sliding doors even being on the 3/4th floor.

Good value to price. A lot of beach and water equipment in apartment.

Absolutely loved the peaceful grounds and pool area

We loved this beach rental! It’s as cute as the pictures! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, it has an elevator which makes it easy to get to the 3rd floor with luggage, and the property is pretty. It’s so close to everything! We came for the Oceanside Ironman 70.3 race and we were able to walk everywhere. We loved having a reserved secure parking space. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it!

The property was big enough for our family of 8 without feeling crowed. Loved the view, it sure if there was AC - don’t think so there were fan available. But we did need the AC or the fans, we weren’t in the unit most of the time during the day and at night it was a cool. Kids loved the pools and the walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend if you have kiddos.

A beautiful home steps from the beach, it was perfect for my husband and I, and our 5 and 7 year old kids. The owner was outstanding and went out of his way to return some clothes we had forgotten. My daughter was very upset that her favourite Princess Peach shirt from Disney was left behind. The owner Charles was nice enough to ship the items to our home in Canada, and would not let me pay him back for it! Now that’s service! We will always remember this act of kindness and without a question would stay here again, if we ever return to Oceanside or close by.

Great location and great condo. The property amenities were amazing. Was hoping to have beach towels and toiletries provided and had to go buy some.

We stayed here for a full 3 weeks in January and all February—for a total of 8 weeks. It is a fantastic place to stay. I can’t think of any amenity that they have not provided. Chuck and Tum are delightful to work with and prompt with their communications. They replaced a dishwasher and master bed mattress when both were reported to be in not so good shape. Everything else works well. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay and access to the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Would be delighted to return here every winter!

Clean condo, just wish we had been given more than three wash cloths. Outside of that, it was amazing and affordable!!!

The unit is decorated as pictured and is clean and comfortable. It does need some serious dusting, but otherwise very clean. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner (didn’t know that) fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. Pools were fun and the beach is amazing.

Nice condo, well equipped, great gym with equipment. Check in was not as smooth as I hoped but worked out.

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect, walking distance to so many great places/restaurants. The beach was a quick walk from the unit. The pool and hot tub are just outside the unit as well. It was completely stocked with anything you could need. Kitchen appliances, beach items, beach toys, chairs, etc. It was awesome. The unit is beautiful and clean with a wonderful view of the beach. Our whole group enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and enjoying the amazing weather. The building itself was quiet and peaceful but in the common areas, lots of other families with kids that our kids could play with. Highly recommend!

Overall, the place was really clean & tidy. Kitchen is pretty fully stocked which was great. The upstairs balcony is such a beautiful view!

Check in very quick, kitchen cleaned and organized, easy WiFi access.

Even though the the properties on the third floor, access to the beach was easy via an elevator. It's a great Beach for families. Fun to play on and the room and the showers and everything was just perfect. They have beach chairs and things to play with. It was a great time!

Stayed for a week with my wife and kids. We booked the property a year ago because we and another family wanted to stay in the A building due to it being smaller and more quiet. Definitely delivered in that regard, we pretty much had the hot tub and pool to ourselves for the duration of the week. Close proximity to the beach which was super clutch. Spacious rooftop with view of the ocean. Dealing with the property owner Chuck was great! Had an internet issue and he got it taken care of right away. Great experience, we hope to return next summer!

This property had everything we needed and more, on a lovely complex with well maintained grounds, choice of a larger main pool or quieter smaller pool, and very close to the beach, a short walk from the harbour and downtown Oceanside, perfect for a family.Spacious accommodation and excellent value.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront condo! Our family of 4 spent a full week here, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, steps from the sand with a stunning oceanfront view that we never got tired of. The sound of the waves and the fresh ocean breeze made it the perfect spot to relax.We were initially a little concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but it ended up being a complete non-issue. The ocean breeze combined with the abundance of fans throughout the condo kept it cool and comfortable the entire time.The condo itself was beautifully maintained and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a beach vacation, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and more. The kitchen was also fully stocked and the grills by the pool worked great, which made it easy to enjoy a few meals when we weren't out exploring.The location was super convenient, too. Close to a wide variety of fantastic restaurants and just a short walk to the Coaster station, which made heading into downtown San Diego a breeze.All in all, this was the perfect beach getaway for our family, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

Having the condo right next to the beach was clutch! The facilities were great, pools, hot tubs. The condo was stocked with all the beach essentials including chairs, towels, boogie boards, volleyball, etc. Check-in/out was super easy and seamless. Felt safe the whole time.

Girls trip of 5. Location is perfect. It was very clean. I don’t think it has AC, but it was cool when we were there. Plus, there were several fans everywhere. Overall would stay there again!

We stayed here for 8 weeks. Chuck Smith runs an excellent place. The apartment, especially the kitchen, is well-stocked with utensils, glassware, dishes, pots and pans, and all electrical appliances, such as range, fridge, microwave, coffeemakers, etc. The view from the loft bedroom balcony is reall breathtaking. The ocean is just a couple of hundred feet away. All necessary beach equipment is provided as well. This place comes as clise to our ideal as one could get it. Chuck is gracious, prompt, and attentive.

We had a great time at the condo. It had everything we needed to cook and plenty of room for our family. It was in perfect location to get to the beach quickly. We wanted to use all the fun amenities but just didn’t have time. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very spacious, large deck off the master upstairs, building A has it's own private pool and jaccuzzi..

Condo was updated and had basically everything one would need. Beautiful view from master bedroom of the ocean with a nice patio area to enjoy the view. Ceiling Fans in all the rooms plus additional plug in fans which helps on the warmer days. Beds were comfortable and lots of beach toys and supplies to use.

We loved our stay! Beautiful condo, great location! The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and could walk everywhere. Hard to find the parking the first time.
