There is a 55” flat-screen Smart TV in the living room that you can use to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, etc, and keep up on your favorite shows after a day in the waves. There is also cable TV with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance. There are also 4 wall heaters throughout the unit for extra warmth during the winter months if needed.br brThe condo has 2 bathrooms. The expanded master bath has an ensuite vanity area and a stunning walk-in rain shower with a handheld shower wand. This ground floor unit is one of the cottages located on the perimeter of North Coast Village. Its' open floor plan was achieved by a down to the studs remodel. Walls were removed , new windows, doors and new drywall was installed. The open concept kitchen and living space reflect modern living. As you might notice in the photographs, its features include stone flooring in all rooms, custom built cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, stone back splash, plantation shutters, crown molding and recessed lighting. The master bedroom features a new premium king mattress, custom closet and Tommy Bahama furniture. In the living room you will find a high end queen sofa sleeper and a solid slab granite fireplace surround. The wide open kitchen has slow close cabinet doors and drawers, high end appliances, and no miss matched plates, glass ware or cutlery. Relax comfortable patio furniture on the over sized terrace as you watch joggers and folks on beach cruisers pass by. As this condo is on the perimeter of North Coast Village, there's no need to walk through the complex. You are a 60 SECOND WALK to the sands of the Pacific Ocean. A stainless steel security screen door w/ keyed 3 point locking system was added for your convenience and security. The screen can not be cut, lifted or pried off. One can relax or sleep with the cool breezes of the Pacific securely. The pool and gym are a 3 minute walk . The assigned parking space is below ground and conveniently located. North Coast Village condominiums do not have air conditioning.
