There is a $50 replacement fee required if you should lose the pass. You will find coffee, tea bags, hot chocolate packets, sugars and creamers, snack bars, instant oatmeal packets, and filtered water for your enjoyment. You will have a code assigned for entering and exiting at any time of day or night. You have access to use of the garage for laundry and utility sink, darts, jigsaw puzzles, bikes, beach gear and some reading materials. The two car garage can be used for parking a trailer or car. The garage door access code will be the same as the entrance code that you will be assigned before arrival. The kitchen is set up for meal preps and serving, including a crock pot!
