The house was AMAZING! The design and decor made us feel like modern royalty. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I forgot some items at the house and they shipped it to my house, saving me a 6hr round trip. Thank you so much!

Wonderful property, literally steps away from the gorgeous powder soft sand beach! Great hosts, very responsive to all our questions.

Had a wonderful time with a large group of friends! House is just as pictured, super clean, modern, spacious, with comfortable beds and varying types of pillows to choose from. Great communal areas for gathering and wonderful views from the roof. Kitchen had almost everything we needed to prep and cook meals. Hosts were really responsive, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations. Beach access is unbeatable but also shared with vehicles so not the best spot to lay out or enjoy typical beachy activities. Prepare to fight mosquitos/bug bites on the rooftop especially at dusk but otherwise magical experience! recommend and would stay again!

Beach view on the roof was great! We could have used a large frying pan. Bring your own spices. Salt, pepper, sugar, tea available. We had a lovely time! Thank you!

Very nice propery with ocean view from the deck. Home is nicely laid out. Open kitchen was pleasant for us to make dinner and socialize at the same time.

Very beautiful and up to date. Had a nice flow to it with 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. Easy access to beach for surfing, skim boarding, boogie boards and dunes for side by side adventures. The patio on roof top was great for late afternoon’s and evening’s. Highly recommend for a beach family vacation.

It is our 3rd year staying at this property and we loved it every time. Joy and Mo have answered our questions very timely and the location is unbeatable for beachfront gatherings. The house is very comfortable for our family gatherings.

This was a wonderful place to stay. House was well furnished and everyone had a place to lay down and rest. The kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms were spotless and had all of the essentials. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had about our stay. Overall an excellent place to stay in Oceano!

It was great!!

We had a cousins trip with our children to make some memories and be together. This house was in the best location, very clean, the owners are great to work with, the sunsets beautiful and the beach breathtaking. We enjoyed our time together here making memories and loved all the fun things to do in the area.

We had a great stay

Loved the house. Was great having the ground floor for the little ones and their parents. Was a little hard to carry the food up to the second floor for us older folks but luckily we had young adults to help. The roof top fire pit was great place to hang out in the evening. Within walking distance of the entrance to the dunes.

We had a group of 9 people and there was so much space for everybody to hang out, both inside and outside. The house was very clean and modern and gorgeous ocean views from the decks. We would definitely recommend this property!

Spacious, clean, well appointed, perfectly located home owned by responsive hosts. Everything was perfect except the furnishings. There are simply not a lot of comfortable places to hang out. Very small couch in tv area, hard kitchen bench and chairs around a large table and barstools too high to sit at the counter. The rooftop is fun but the weather has to cooperate. A large L shaped couch, cushions in the kitchen and lower barstools would make this place a definite 5!
