Steps Away From Pismo Beach with Poker/Foosball Table/EV Charger/BBQ grill

Welcome to the After Dune Delight! Located only a minute's walk away from the Pacific oceanfront is this newly renovated vacation home. Drive to the town close by or kick back and relax at the beach or from the comfort of the balcony.

This two story house features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens with space for dining on both floors, outside grills and two widescreen TVs.

The primary front door entry would be on the left side equipped with a stylist smart lock. Everyguest is given a unique PIN which is valid for the entire during of our valuable guests to access our home.

As you enter the house and are greeted with the sandy white walls of first floor, you'll be met with an open living room; equipped with a modular sofa couch*, a sofa bed, and a large 65-inch TV with a Bose speaker system. Not far from the couch is a foosball table for some friendly competition. It even comes with bottle holders.

Behind the living room is a modern kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetops and a full refrigerator and ample countertop space. The backyard comes equipped with a fire pit to warm those who want to see the night sky. Guests will also have access to a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom and shower.

Right next to the entrance leads you to the second floor, which features another living room with a second modular sofa couch*, and 65-inch screen TV with a Bose sound bar (Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ included). A large, formal dining area and a more spacious kitchen are also made available to guests, with a counter sporting bar-like seating and appliances such as an espresso machine.

There are two bedrooms, both equipped with queen-sized beds for ample comfort. Shared between the two is a full bathroom. Lastly, tucked into the corner of the second floor is a poker table for any game nights you might want to have!

The sliding door on the second floor leads to a rectangular balcony that comes with a comfortable 8-person outdoor dining table. For any grilling whims you might have, guests can also use our outdoor barbecue grill not too far away. Taking a smaller flight of stairs upward is a little alcove on the rooftop with a second fire pit and additional seating for a great view of the neighborhood and beach. Whatever your view may be, you'll be soaking in the sunshine or some great views of the water and sunsets in our house.

Finally, we expect that many of our guests come a long way out of town for a great place to stay! Thus, the garage can fit up to two cars, and three more in the driveway so that you may give you and your loved ones a well deserved break. Inside the garage is a Level Two Tesla charger for your EV, though non-Tesla EVs will need to provide their own adapters.

After Dune Delight offers an incredible list of amenities including but not limited to:

- FREE EV charger for your Tesla. For other electric vehicles, please bring your own adapter.

- Beach-ready with two bikes and helmets, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels.
- An outdoor shower with both hot and cold water
- A fire pit with seating arrangements in our cozy backyard
- Outdoor dining with BBQ grill
- Seclusive/Intimate seating with fire pit in our rooftop.


NOTE:
* Both couches on the first and second floor can be moved in pieces around to create a queen-sized bed. Extra bedding can be found in cupboards by each of the rooms on the first and second floor.
* SURVEILLANCE: To be in compliance with the local law, our home is monitored by noise monitoring device, and 24-hour video electronic surveillance on the exterior of the house for guest security and to ensure that the house rules are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house or the backyard. Do not tamper with any of our surveillance and safety equipment. Please report anything that needs replacing or fixing.
