If it's important to you to have another garage, please inquire, as this may be possible. The garage is big enough for a large car. It is not big enough for an oversized SUV, such as an Escalade. If you have such a vehicle, it will fit parked across the three driveways, parallel to the street.brbrOne reason the house is so private is that it is set atop a hill. This means that 50 stairs are required to reach the house. I go up and down these stairs without any trouble, sometimes with heavy furniture, but those who have problems with stairs should seek another option. brbrPlease note that there is a downstairs 1 bedroom unit that is sometimes rented out. This unit has a completely separate entrance, far from the main house's front door.brbrIf you have pets, please let me know their weights. It's quiet, cozy and comfortable. Also - we are located on a steep hill which makes for great views but can be a vigorous climb if you should want to walk and explore the neighborhood. It also takes you to and from both San Francisco International and Oakland International airports.brbrWhile this station is only 1.2 away from the apartment, it is a good 25 minutes-walk. It is a lot easier and comfortable if you take Uber or Lift. For those of you more intrepid, there are also bikes or even those city-scooters that people leave anywhere.brbrA major bus line runs down the Lake on Foothill Boulevard (which you catch at the intersection of 7th Ave @ Foothill, only 800 feet away). The same line brings you back one intersection over (@ E 14th).
