The available full kitchen, complete with modern appliances, invites you to whip up your favorite meals with ease. brbrPast tenants have consistently commented on how peaceful and quiet the apartment is—ideal for rest, study, or remote work. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, with no reported issues. We’ve hosted three law students here, all of whom were very happy with their stay and found the space well-suited for both work and relaxation.brbrStep outside onto the patio and you`ll find yourself surrounded by lush fruit trees, creating a serene and tranquil environment. This listing truly provides a unique blend of comfort and convenience that makes for an ideal living space.brbrThis studio is located behind the main house where we live with our family pup. Guests have their own private entrance. The studio has a queen size murphy bed that is easy to lift out of the way if you want more room in the apartment and then can be pulled down to sleep.brbrThe kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop, a microwave that also works as an oven if you want to bake something. there`s a dishwasher, refrigerator and a stackable washer and dryer. brbrThere`s storage in the studio to store belongings and a desk for an area to work.brbrYou will see us around the property and we ask that guests be respectful of the shared outdoor area. Guests must be okay with a dog as our pup does like to spend time in the outdoor area.brbrWe have heat and an air conditioner which is huge plus in this area. Utilities are included in the price!brbrParking is available on the street. A parking permit is required to park on our street, a guest can obtain a parking permit from the city, otherwise there is free unlimited parking on the side streets.brbrAll guests are required to sign a rental agreement and follow the House Rules. We truly appreciate your understanding—this added step helps protect our home, especially after a few past experiences with guests that resulted in lost time and unexpected costs.brbrThere is a $1000 security deposit that is required and will be refunded if there are no damages. brbrGuests have access to the entire studio.brbrI have a property management company available 24 hours for any emergency or questions. We are also available for any questions or concerns.brbrThe Rockridge neighborhood in Oakland is one of the best in the city. We are one block from College Ave. where you can find grocery stores (Trader Joe`s, Market Hall), coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, a library and everything in between.brbrRockridge Bart Station is 0.3 miles, less than a 10 minute walk that can take you around the East Bay and into San Francisco. brbrStreet parking is available in the area.
