Stayed Jul 9, 2025No check in information, when called after check in time listed owner stated that the app “double booked” her listing. We got money back thankfully.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Be aware, I reached out multiple times to confirm our stay w the host. After multiple attempts I finally located the host’s private number and she seemed surprised to hear from me. I confirmed we’d be traveling the next day and arriving very late. I requested where we should park and how we would enter. She informed where to park and how to enter. We arrived around 1:30am, as expected to find no key, unsure of the exact location of the apartment (it’s in the back of the main house btw). I ended up contacting the host since we couldn’t get in. She insisted we were not scheduled until the following date then realized we were supposed to be there when we arrived after all. She insisted it was a vrbo mistake and told me to call vrbo. I did, since we had no other option and they were very helpful and sympathetic. We ended up having to get a hotel For our stay, unable to cook our Thanksgiving meal we’d planned and almost were not able to get a last minute hotel at 3:30am! Terrible host!! I’m assuming she’d booked her property on multiple sites because she sent us someone else’s info regarding a booking for the following day for 1 night! Can u say HIPPA???
