The backyard and back patio is restricted and not for guest use.

You are welcome to use the front patio if you’d like.

Only a maximum of 2 guests at all times. External security cameras are monitored for guest safety. Any parties will be in violation of the terms of our agreement and all guests will be asked to leave along with a $500 minimum deep cleaning fee.

Everything as described. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Check in was easy. Brooks is a most accommodating host and quick to respond. Highly recommended. I will definitely return.
