With 3000+ square feet total, there is plenty of room with the added benefit of privacy between the two units. Both units come with their own garage parking (1 car each), full size laundry facilities, stocked kitchens, large living areas, patios with BBQ's, and beach chairs.brbrThis 3000+ square foot townhouse style duplex consists of two separate units that are open & airy with lots of room! The back unit was finished being remodeled in 2016 and the front unit was remodeled in 2017. With high end finishes and appliances, there is nothing to not love about these units. The front unit has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths and the back unit has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths.brbrThe downstairs for both units consists of the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The rooms are open with high ceilings and natural light. There is also a powder room downstairs along with the full size laundry facilities.brbrEach kitchen is outfitted with high end appliances and an assortment of spices, oils, and other cooking basics.
