The property is a 30 second walk to the beach (7 doors from the sand) and a 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants, shopping and the Newport Pier. The location can't be beat!brbrThe unit has 4 bedrooms all with king beds and 3 bathrooms. Is is very comfortable and very well kept. Each bedroom has a king bed, ample closet space, TV's in every room, ceiling and floor fans. brbrThe kitchen is stocked with all of the basics to make your family a great meal after a long day at the beach. We also provide some of the pantry basics (cooking oil, salt & pepper, starter amount of coffee pods, coffee filters, etc...)brbrThe balcony has a view of the ocean from one side, and a large picnic table with room for six people.
