Located a short walk from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge. The first floor above the garage is the spacious living area with the kitchen, dining and living rooms all open to each other. The modern fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. High speed internet. Living room has a large 46 flat screen TV with a Blueray player, large wraparound couch and wood burning fireplace. Free firewood is stacked in the garage. This unit sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The adjoining master bath has a separate vanity area and floor to ceiling shower with glass doors. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the second full bath has a tub/shower. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. It is centrally located with a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities.
