This unit is located in phase 1 of the Summit in the Emerson building and offers a fully renovated, updated spacious 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom condominium. With vinyl flooring throughout, a beautiful custom stonework gas fireplace, and updated furnishings, this home offers the perfect retreat for your mountain getaway. Located walking distance from Eagle Lodge it is very convenient for Winter access, and only a short shuttle ride from the center of town. Enjoy a full kitchen with stonecounters, and stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. A dining area that seats 6 allows the family to get together, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable living room offers a gas fireplace with custom stone surround for those cozy Winter nights, and a large flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a King bed, with flatscreen smart TV with adjacent full bath with tub/shower combo and separate vanity area. On the upper level is the open loft, with two queen beds, and the second bedroom on the upper level has a King bed. The second full bathroom is shared with tub/shower combo and separate vanity. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The complex offers fantastic amenities with a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex.     This location cannot be beat! The condo was recently updated. All the beds and linens were very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heart beat. The only two things to consider would be that there is no elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor. Also, the master bedroom is downstairs and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. One is a loft and you have to walk through it to get to the last bedroom. It’s didn’t make a big difference for us. But just to note it’s a loft and not technically a 3rd bedroom.There is no laundry in the unit, but a laundry room on the second floor.Rental company was great and we got into thr unit early. 5 stars! Thank you for letting us stay!

    Property is super close to Eagle which is great. Unfortunately, kitchen supplies and tools were lacking. However, upon requesting same, management did a good job of replacing or refilling most things we needed. All in all a nice spot, could use some updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is within walking distance of Eagle Lodge. A big plus!!!Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and silverware.The bunk bed in the loft isn't very sturdy. It shook a lot when tossing and turning at night. Also, the bunk bed is close to the heater in the room. Make sure to move the bedding away from the heater if you turn it on.

    I asked for a early check in they said no problem and said they'd call shortly, they didnt I had to go to the office where my key was ready but they didnt tell me. The beds and blankets sucked. They said id have two parking spots, one of them was hidden (14) and outside there was none, I parked in another spot just to unload for 5 minutes and they put a sticker on my window that blocked my mirror making it extremely dangerous to drive I couldnt see my mirror, the big sticker was impossible to scrape off I needed to scrub it with soap and water for 10 minutes and there is still residue that reflects light into my eyes when driving. some of the taps didnt have hot water. Great location, wish I never booked it, plenty of better options out there.

So, I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. Great location, perfect for me, my son and his friend. Walking distance to Eagle Lodge, hot tub, snowplay right off the balcony, thanks to insane amounts of snow, and everything we needed in the condo. Firewood wouldn't burn though. Of course that is neither here nor there. I would stay in this unit again!

    I walked on to the slopes at Eagle both days of my trip, so the location is hard to beat. The condo, though dated, was clean when we arrived. But ownership needs to invest back into this condo with some new bed frames, mattresses, and box springs that are the same size. A queen mattress on a full box spring is not going to work and everything is way past its useful life. Also, vinyl floors would be preferred and easier to clean over the high shag carpet — carpet is past its useful life as well. If I were just coming back with some guys, I would consider staying here again purely for the location. But my wife doesn’t want to stay here again so we’ll have to look elsewhere.

It is very close to the EAGLE lodge. However, this unit is a bit out-dated for the furnitures, floors (still the old carpets) and kitchen equipment. Some of the chairs are broken in the kitchen counter area. We visited a unit of our friend in Huntington and their unit is remodeled already with granite counter, better furniture and decos etc. Also there is some misleading marketing information about the number of bedrooms it has. It has just two bedrooms, no three.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I, actually we (Myself and nine other adults) are very disappointed with this location and the office staff. When we arrived and walked into the condo (11:PM after business hours) we had to use our flashlights because several light bulbs were burnt out. After going to the grocery store to purchase new bulbs and replacing the old ones, we found the living room couch pull out bed was missing springs. Thus, two people in my party had to sleep on the floor. If that wasn’t bad enough, the upstairs bathroom plumbing was clogged to the point water was overflowing from the toilet.The condo itself was clean, however it was in outdated and very used. There were holes were in the carpet from burning embers. The icing on the proverbial cake was that after telling the staff at the reservation bureau, they said they would “Open an investigation” and let me know the results within a week. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t heard from them. I have an annual event, and I have used this agency for several years. I need to reserve a place for the 2022 event, and I am strongly considering using a different agency, or enrolling/investing into a timeshare corporation.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Space in the unit and the proximity to Eagle Lodge was great. Carpet and living room drapes were old and smelled like a long time smoker lived there. The mattresses were very low budget with the thinnest sheets we have ever seen. The kitchen worked but was from the 70's. The bathrooms tub/showers were updated but the large shower heads had very poor water pressure and the shower valve in the downstairs bathroom did not divert all the water to the shower head. Basically we would never stay here again unless it had new carpet, drapes and mattresses. It could definitely use other updates too but those are the deal breakers for us.
