Courchevel #27 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bright and sunny corner unit completely updated condo with its own private one car garage. Parking for a second car is available by permit on the complex. Located a short walk from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge. The first floor above the garage is the spacious living area with the kitchen, dining and living rooms all open to each other. The modern fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. High speed internet. Living room has a large 46 flat screen TV with a Blueray player, large wraparound couch and wood burning fireplace. Free firewood is stacked in the garage. This unit sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The adjoining master bath has a separate vanity area and floor to ceiling shower with glass doors. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the second full bath has a tub/shower. Children welcomePLEASE NOTE that you will not receive any Check in instructions from --/Homeaway etc. Instructions will be e-mailed to you from MLAS2. Please read these instructions prior to your arrival.. Contactless check-in and check-out. There is no additional cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected and unit left in clean and orderly orderly condition. There is a 110.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We continue to all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comfortors and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UV germicidal light system in the unit after check out. We are utilizing an eletrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectantAll cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. These ammenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings. During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation. Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road clousures and smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!!!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted.     There is no wood fireplace or firewood. It has a pellet heater but it did not work. The two small side-by-side spas were non-operable and taped off with caution tape. There is no way to darken the bedrooms during daylight (they have large upper triangular windows that have no type of covering). Because it is a corner unit, the bedrooms receive direct early morning sun. Unless you like an extra firm mattress, bring your own pillowtop and pillows. Based on the other reviews and description I expected it to be much better. We called numerous times over three days to see about some things getting repaired (the fireplace had been important to us), but never received a call back. If you are only looking for a place to sleep between ski days and the accuracy of the description does not matter to you, this place may be fine for you. My family would not stay here again.

    I went in Mammoth Lakes to participate to the OCRWC event. Being at the Courchevel house was the perfect combination. The unit was just everything that was expected and more. We even had access to a nice spa after the race.

    Check-in was simple and the condo was very nice. However when we arrived the refrigerator did not work so we contacted the manager and within 1/2 hour a tech came to check it out. Unfortunately he could not repair it but came up with a great option. By the 3rd day a new refrigerator was installed. Awesome service!

    Great property, more than we expexted. The wifi was a bit tricky as the information was slightly off but we got it. I'd cook all day in that kitchen. Such a fantastic location.

    The house gets really hot because of the direct sunlight it gets and the refrigerator was not working the first 2 days lost most of our groceries the community was very quiet in the evenings in the day there was a lot of noise in the house cause of the remodeling in the house next to us

    I stayed in this condo with my 15-year-old son and his friend, and it was absolutely perfect for us! The host provided very clear and helpful instructions, making check-in and our overall stay seamless.The condo was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for—reliable Wi-Fi, a TV, spacious bedrooms with dressers and closets, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with all the basics we needed. We especially appreciated the dining room table, which was great for playing games, and the cozy couch where we could relax after a long day.Being an end unit, we were pleasantly surprised by the natural light and the great views from the windows. The location was another standout feature: we were within walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the chair lifts, which made our skiing days so much easier.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay—well worth the price! We’d definitely choose to stay here again for another trip. Highly recommend!

    The condo is nicely divided. Nice rooms, very comfortable beds. It is well equipped. It would be a good upgrade to put some blinds on the triangle windows because we got up really early. The carpets would need to be cleaned, we had some allergies, probably related to that factor.

    I’ve stated this property multiple times. Previously, we had no issues getting into the property. This time we were sent the incorrect check in directions. We were actually sent the codes to get into the condo across the way. I tried for three hours to contact the property manager and did not receive a callback until the following morning, luckily they don’t change the codes so I was able to go back into my emails and retrieve the key code from a previous day. Despite the check-in issues, the condo is in a great location with easy access to the village and bike shuttle. Unfortunately, they must have changed the beds because they are hard as stone and so uncomfortable. Both my husband and I slept terribly both nights we were there. I would not recommend this place based solely on the comfort level of the beds.
