This cozy 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom has a location that cant be beat! Located across the street from The Village, this condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for 6, custom stonework around the gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room areas. There is a Cal King bed in the downstairs bedroom with a shared full bathroom right next door. In the loft upstairs you will find a Queen bed with private bathroom and flatscreen TV, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo is just a 3 minute walk across the street to The Village where you can catch the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy shops, clubs & restaurants. With a renovated kitchen, a private deck to enjoy the forest views, this is the perfect family friendly mountain retreat, but still close to the action. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There are 2 levels inside the condo, it is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor, unassigned parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize for any inconvenience.     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy and clean house for my trip. Heater/gas fireplace works well. And the beds are very comfortable. I want to visit this place again instead of regular hotels. The very minor thing is that the second-floor bathtub isn’t draining properly. it is very slow to drain. All are great to my family.

Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice stay with all the conveniences we needed. The condo was exactly what we were looking for — comfortable, well-located, and full of rustic charm. We mainly used it to cook, sleep, and unwind after long days of exploring, but it was always nice to come back to its warmth and character. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was clean and quiet. We’d gladly stay here again on a future visit to Mammoth.

Great location since I rented demos and could store my skis/boots next to the gondola, otherwise a long way to carry. Convenient dining options. The temp inside was hard to get right without a proper thermostat. Overall it worked fine for our needs.

    Our stay was great, excellent location, clean space. Full kitchen plus coffee which is nice. The only complaint is that it is not clearly stated that the pool, gym areas are not in service right now. I wish this would’ve been communicated prior to the booking.

    Overall, the state was very good in terms of the cleanliness of the house, and location of th house. Was nice to be able to just walk to the village instead of having to deal with driving or shuttles. The only real complaint I have is that you have to pick up and drop off the keys and a totally separate location making it a little bit of a pain. It would be honestly easier just to be able to leave everything inside the unit or have a lockbox. One of the things not mentioned in the listing is that there is no pool/spa or laundry room as it looks like it’s all under construction.

The condo was clean and very well maintained.We had an issue with the door lock. We filed a report , however it was not fixed during our stay.
