Welcome to our family's second home away from home! We've renovated this incredible 2 bedroom 3 bath with Loft to be a warm, cozy and inviting retreat with all of the comforts of home. From the fully equipped kitchen to the washer and dryer in the unit, we've paid attention to detail to create a cabin atmosphere you will enjoy and want to come back year after year. Large LED TVs in all rooms with cable and Free Showtime (channels 209-222) in family and master rooms, DVD players, free highspeed private Wi-Fi, ceiling fans/lights, wood burning fireplace with ample free firewood to enjoy glowing fires and large enough to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests (king sleeper sofa in living room). The master bedroom has a Cal King Bed with luxurious linens and comforter, a large closet with full size mirror doors and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has Queen bed and large closet and mirror doors. The loft includes 4 single beds and a full bath and LED TV. All bedrooms have large LED TV's and DVD players. This home away from home has a mountain lodge décor that is modern yet cozy and comfortable as you can see by looking at the pictures.

The unit is centrally located within the Horizons 4 Condominiums directly across from the BBQ and picnic area. Parking is provided immediately in front of the unit and is just a few steps away from your door for ease in carrying luggage and gear into the condo.
NO EV charging is allowed on HOA property. $200 fine for noncompliance.
NO pets allowed. $500 fine for noncompliance. (Forfeiture of deposit).
NO smoking allowed. $200 fine for noncompliance.
The Rental cost is based upon 4 guests staying. There is an extra guest charge of $10/nt/guest above 4 guests. The on site recreation facilities are a minutes walk away for year round use of the Jacuzzi spa and dry-sauna, a seasonal heated swimming pool (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) and a tennis court and recreation room with a Ping-Pong and pool table along with arcade games and cozy fireplace await you.

You will see our unit 168 is lovingly cared for and updated as we also use this unit for our family and friends. The unit is non smoking and for allergy purposes does not allow pets. The deck is filled with firewood for your enjoyable use of the fireplace and offers a direct view of the BBQ and picnic area which has several tables and charcoal BBQ's so you can keep an eye on the little ones playing or your steaks cooking. There is a storage closet in the unit entrance for you to place you skis and snow gear. There is ample room to lock up your bicycles on the entrance patio directly below the unit. This unit is located on the second floor level so it is substantially more quiet than the first level units.

The Town of Mammoth Lakes provides a Free shuttle system with a pickup stop just steps away from the door of the unit and only a short walk to Vons grocery store, movie theaters and various fantastic restaurants and shops, and the new (2024) indoor ice skating sports arena.

    very easy to check in. parking for 3 cars was phenomenal. Place was cleaned, large and cozy as described. Kitchen fully equipped. many games for the whole family. close to store, restaurants and trails. will definitely reserve this place again.

    Stayed here for 4 days with 7 of my friends (all adult men). This place was more than adequate to handle a big group. This place had everything we needed and it was clean. The location is great because it's within walking distance from Vons and the management office is a 5 minute walk away. The dining room table had 6 chairs but there is a counter that has another 4 chairs and it's close enough for everyone to have a conversation over dinner. Will definitely look this place up next year. All of my friends were happy with this place.

    Both the check in and check out process was quick and simple. The property was very clean & well stocked with everything. All appliances worked great! Water pressure in the showers was good. The lighting in the front living room and the bedrooms were a little dim, maybe change out for brighter light bulbs, but besides that, everything else was great! Location was in very close proximity to everything around. Trash bins, barbecues, pool area & game room were in quick walking distance from my front door. Overall, the property had a great warm, home like feeling to it. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. Thank you, Carl, for being quick to respond to all my questions when I was in the process of setting everything up/reserving this property for my family. We'll be back, God willing.     The place is very clean. The location is great…near the slopes and grocery store. Good restaurants and everything you need while you’re in town. The price felt a bit on the high side to us. While, everything is clean the condo needs an update. Shag carpet led to allergy/asthma attacks. The dishware could use updating. There were only three butter knives. Most of the knives in the block were damaged and not usable. All of the fry pans had scratched surfaces. They gave us one dishwashing soap per day, which is fine, except you can’t fit all your daily dishes into one load, so you need to do some pots and pans and larger things by hand, which is fine, but there is no drainer for them to dry. The same minimalist approach applied to the laundry detergent. We had to do laundry while we were there and used the packet provided. I thought it would be nice to start a load of the towels for the cleaning crew but there wasn’t any detergent to do it. Personally, this is a pet peeve of mine. If I’m paying 350 a night for a place don’t be stingy with the basics. it just leaves me with a bad feeling.

    The management was very responsive before the trip to answer questions and assist when there was a change in our trip plan. We went to ski, and this location is steps away from several of the Mammoth shuttles, which was convenient for getting around.

    This is a large unit that is clean, walking distance to most needs, and very quiet despite it's in-town location. Good selection of dishes and pots and pans. Enough empty cabinet space for groceries for a long stay. Two of the bathrooms have very small showers (especially upstairs), but we made do. Plenty of hot water available. Our only recommendation is to provide a dish rack for hand washing. We would definitely rent again! P.S. We did not have any communication with the property manager, but the owner was very responsive and super nice!

    I hate camping, always rained on me when I was a kid. This unit had all the comforts of a dry and clean home...(tent). We had a great stay
