Uniquely decorated in traditional mountain style this 3 bedroom/loft, 3 bathroom condominium sleeps up to 11 and is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. This spacious townhome is located in a quiet residential location, across from multi-use bike path and Sierra Star Golf Course. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar seating for 4 and dining area that seats 6. Cozy up around the wood burning stove on the large sectional, and enjoy the flat screen TV. On the lower lever there is a spacious mud room entryfrom the 2-car garage, and features two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed with flatscreen TV, the second bedroom also has a queen bedroom with flatscreen TV and adjacent jack and jill style full bathroom. The master bedroom on the middle level has a King bed with a flat screen TV and desk so you can work/school remotely, and a private en-suite full bath. There is an additional full bathroom on the third level along with the loft featuring a bunk bed with Twin over Twin and 2 additional Twin beds. This unit offers WiFi internet access. There is a washer and dryer available so you can have all the conveniences of home. With a large south facing deck on the middle living room level featuring a BBQ grill, this makes this the perfect home to entertain and grill with all of the family. The complex offers 2 car garage parking (garage clearance 6' 6), Jacuzzi, and tennis and pickleball courts. This unit is pet friendly so you can even bring Fido! Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home. A camera is located at the front of the home monitoring the front door and a camera monitoring the garage door. The townhouse is within walking distance to Eagle Lodge, or cross the street and you can jump on a free shuttle for a quick ride to the mountain. You are also a short ride to the Old Mammoth downtown part of Mammoth. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor and outdoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.     We had our immediate family of 8 adults and 1 child stay for 4 days/3 nights. We were extremely pleased with the condo, the space, the generous bedroom space and overall property. It’s very nice to have an attached garage and a large entry/storage section for ski gear. The only area of improvement are the mattresses in the loft. With a large group of adults, some sleep in the loft and that was the only mention of improvement. I highly recommend families to rent this property for great accommodations, space and proximity to Von’s, ski lift, the village and anywhere else you need to go. Merry Christmas!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, down stairs needs fans to circulate air (very hot) loft bed is very hard ,kitchen table chair has crack down seat and rocking chair is falling apart (someone can get hurt) top drawer in kitchen needs repair so it doesn't fall out when you open it.Rugs are very dirty. It was nice to play pickle ball right there. We had great food at brewery and pizza at Giovannis.visited alot of the lakes and rivers to fish. Had day beach time at grant,june and horseshoe lakes. Hiked to see bristlecone pine trees and took tram to devils postpile and rainbow falls.Over all we had a great trip.

    The home was in a great location, but the carpets were filthy and didn't even want to walk on them. I find it very sad to have such a beautiful home but not maintain the cleanliness of the carpets.     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for a group - good gathering space and nice to be so close to the hot tub! The Mammoth Staff was very helpful and responsive to minor requests (extra key, etc.). Easy to get to Eagle Lodge, either a 10-15 min walk or 2 min walk to the shuttle. Great to have access to the Snowcreek Athletic Club also. The carpeting could use replacing - while it is a dog friendy unit, the carpet was stained and very dirty. Bathroom floors seem to have been updated which is good but bathmats looked like they hadn't been washed.

    The property was great. It had all that we needed, though we did bring some kitchen items that we couldn't assume would be available. The weather cooperated too, as we got snow while there! The adult kids and dogs enjoyed playing in the powder. We'll be looking to visit again in the future.

    Our family had a great time in Mammoth! The condo is in a wonderful location. It was clean, and very easy to navigate. A couple of recommendations- additonal silverware, dishes, and kitchen supplies are needed. Also, please fix the shower door on the first floor, and you could use more light and a coffee table in the living room.

    The property was bigger than it left Ike's in the pictures and was well appointed for our group of 9 (2 families with adult children). We would definitely stay here again.

    Property was not clean. No parking. Jacuzzi didn't work. Kitchen was unkept; no utensils. Trash and old Cheetos under beds. BBQ broken. Wouldn't stay again.

    Hosted multi-generational weeklong vacation. Overall the unit and location was good. That being said, there were several broken or items in disrepair, i.e., toilet ran, shades were broken, floors were dirty.
