There is also free wifi within the unit. brbrThe entire unit is heated by the pellet stove (which is controlled by thermostat and instructions/pellets are provided) including the ability of the upstairs loft windows to be opened. The downstairs bedroom also has its own heating unit.brbrThere are many south-facing windows to enjoy the bright sunlight as well as a balcony with mountain views. Windows have top-down, bottom-up cellular shades to maximize the mountain views. brbrThe garage is a necessity during the winter months; I am able to fit an Acura MDX parked backwards with mirrors folded in, but it is a tight space.
