From the third floor full length balcony, you will see fantastic ocean and Belmont Pier views, with easy walking access to the beach across the street, a Vons grocery store and Bruxie chicken restaurant, along with the well-established Belmont Brewery on the sand. Take a walk or a bike ride towards the legendary Queen Mary or go the opposite direction and discover the breakwater and beautiful residences along the shore. SItuated near the bustling 2nd Street corridor that boasts over 60 restaurants, coffee shops, clothing outlets and sweet spots, you and your guests will be able to take leisurely strolls throughout the Belmont Heights and Belmont Shore region of Long Beach, which is the 7th most populated city in the state. You will immediately feel like you've stepped back into time when you walk through the home, with its vintage surf boards adorning the walls, the album cover homage on the lower level, locally themed posters featuring the area's most prized destinations and a blend of 60's furnishings and modern amenities. Children of all ages will love the lower lounge, filled with beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, a soft surf board, goggles, beach sand toys, sunscreens, umbrellas, foosball table, 60 game LED video game terminal, 60 inch TV, board games and puzzles and complementary drinks, Step outside and you can utilize a Blackstone BBQ grill, cornhole game and a picnic table within a gated glass enclosure. brEach bedroom includes clean bamboo linens (softest ever!), plenty of clothing storage and smart TV's (6) throughout the home. The top floor offers two large master suites, including the Fireplace room which features a jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, amazing ocean views and private balcony access where you can enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal with complimentary sunset. The Coral room also provides private balcony access, a very large walk-in closet and a beautiful double shower highlighting brushed gold fixtures. Both of these suites have split heat/AC units, when you need a little more than the typical ocean breezes. Our entry level bedroom is tucked next to the kitchen with a full bathroom just across the hall and ample closet storage. We definitely haven't forgotten the kids with a room just off the lower lounge that features a day bed with a twin pullout and LED light feature, smart tv, vintage turntable and albums and easy access to the hall bathroom/laundry area. This area, located on the bottom level gives the adults a little breathing room on the upper two levels when needed. Our updated kitchen has everything you'll need including new appliances, plenty of plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, pots and pans and coffee options. The adjoining dining area seats 6-8 people with a pair of barstool chairs for kitchen dining when needed. The spacious living room boasts a 70-inch smart tv, L shaped sofa bed, bar area with great views of Ocean Blvd and the Southern California beach lifestyle. This warm and spacious home has been professionally decorated with oceanic themes so that you actually feel like you're on a beach vacation getaway! There is a 43-inch Smart HDTV with Roku TV so you can connect to your streaming TV subscriptions. The remodeled kitchen has shaker cabinets, white quartz counters, stainless appliances with gas range, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice. Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker with coffee/tea PODS, plates/bowls/cups/silverware, toaster, blender, etc. Both bedrooms have queen pillow-top beds, dressers, ceiling fans and nightstands. One bedroom has mid century desk for a workspace. The remodeled bathroom has shower/tub combo and is stocked with new towels, hair dryer, hand soap, travel size body gel and shampoo (starters). We have plenty of extra linen and towels in the hall cabinet.
